[Side Address] I have an original 906+. I am impressed with the behringer, it closely emulates the 906+ and one would not notice a difference in a mix or in live applications.

I highly recommend this product and making your purchase from the good people at B&H.

[Unidirectional] I had been hauling around an AKG D112 along with a stand to mic our drummer's kick at gigs. This BA19 is way more convenient and sounds much better with little eq needed. I selected the switchable presence eq curve, threw it on top of the muffling in the kick and voila! Sounds great. No need to haul and set up an extra stand. No more worry about extraneous sound or it moving. Very happy

[Unidirectional] Sure, it's no secret that the Behringer BA 85A is a Beta 58A clone. It looks the same. It feels the same. OH BY THE WAY, it sounds the same (I recorded processed and unprocessed side-by-side sound checks). With all that in mind, and since the BA 85A costs WAY less (more than 600% less) than the Beta 58A... Why would you NOT buy it? Even if you're not looking for a Beta 58A clone, how's about a super solid super cardioid dynamic microphone for around $25? Seriously, if that's not enough to sway you, you're an unrepentant mic snob and you deserve to pay too much. As for me, I'll be rolling with this mic and saving money.
