A: If the 7artisans Photoelectric 50mm f/1.8 Lens for Sony E is not focusing to infinity it is defective. The lens should focus to infinity from the factory. The user does not need to do anything other than turn the focus ring to focus to infinity.

Q: 5. I have a Canon T7, using a 70-300 lens(ultrasonic) Will this work for me? I would NOT need Autofocus.

A: Yes, but you will lose 2 full stops when doing so. I would highly suggest using a 1.4 teleconverter to avoid losing so much light and speed.

Q: 6. What are the dimensions of this lens, diameter and length? They are not listed by the manufacturer. Could it pass as a pancake lens?

A: 7artisans Photoelectric 50mm f/1.8 Lens for Sony E dimensions are 56 x 57mm. Pancake lenses usually have a shorter profile between 18 to 25mm tall.

Q: 8. do these lens work on eos rebel

A: Works on any EOS Rebel camera. But keep in mind you get what you pay for. This adapter claims to allow autofocus pass through and it is not true. It also does not provide crystal clear images even with manual focus. You are better off using your standard lens and simply blowing up the images.

Q: 9. Will this teleconverter work with my Canon EOS M100 mirrorless SLR and my EF-M 55-200mm zoom lens?

A: Unfortunately, it will not. This is for Canon EF/EF-S mount lenses and will not fit on EF-M mount lenses.

Q: 10. Will this lens work with a Canon Rebel T5?

A: It works with the EF and EF-S series of lenses. If the T5 uses those, it should do fine.

[Aluminum] I bought the 2x Extender to get closer flying shots of the Bald Eagles that winter in Arkansas. I use the Canon 300 2.8L IS usm with the 1.4 extender alot but needed more reach. I was shocked by how well they came out using the lens at f6.3 to f8. It slowed down the autofocus some but it was still faster than the AF on my 100-400L and worked great on the flying birds. Can't wait to use it for other wildlife. 5

[Aluminum] I bought this 2X TC to use on my Canon 70-200 2.8 telephoto lense. It work perfectly and does not degrade the the image other than doubling the 2.8 f stop to a 5.6 maximum aperture, but it takes crystal clear photos the same as if it weren't on the lense. Buy it, you won't regret it. It makes clearer image using the TC instead of enlarging zooming into the photo in photoshop two times the size. 5

[Canon EF] to my surprise it's wildly versatile, with this being my first purchase of a fully manual lens, I'm excited to take it out more into the field and take some experiment shots. recently took it to a shoot for video and it came in clutch since lighting was a bit dark. for under $100 i think that this is an absolute steal for someone starting out like me. 5

[Canon EF] The 5 stars is not for absolute quality, only value for $. I shoot multicam video with both full frame and aps-c, and this lens has come in handy as an extra medium length fast lens in my bag. It's almost free (comparatively), so I picked it up on a whim. I wouldn't shoot a product catalog with it, but the shallow depth of field, and speed have proved quite nice on occasion. 5

[1.5x] I use this with my 70-200 Canon lens and have found it doesn't interfere with the IS. Mounted on a tripod the entire setup - lens and extender - render tack sharp images. Handheld, the sharpness is still very acceptable. 5
