[3] I bought a pair of these to mount camcorders on ballheads off of lighting booms beneath the lights and eliminate tripods. They have a rock solid grip and are quick to attach/detach with with Convi clamps. I used the baby ballhead adapters to mount the ballheads. I like the solid grip so much that I bought a 3rd one to attach my heavy Canon 5D with a 24-70 lens off the side of a C-stand and eliminate my still photo tripod.

[2] I have been using for couple of months now and this is the best arm for mounting anything thing from a dslr camera to a medium size led light the arm has very secure and sturdy locking mechanism. Kupo is not as expensive as the manfrotto to the only drawback is the weight its heavy compared to manfrotto articulating arm.

[2] If you have standard photo gear, chances are you have Arca-style clamps on pretty much all tripods and specialty mounts. This little all-metal mount has an Arca-style dovetail on one side, and the standard GoPro quick mount on the other. This allows you not only to use GoPro with your current gear, but to quickly move it around.

While it does have the 1/4-20 screw, that's not the purpose or the value of this mount - there are simpler options that provide 1/4-20 to GoPro fork conversions. This one is great for the Arca compatibility. Some reviews correctly point out that the bushing fit is a friction fit and it would likely be a problem if I ever intended to use it, but I only intend to use it in Arca-style clamps.

Because it doesn't include the GoPro fork, it's very flat and will fit into any side pocket of your GoPro bag and you'll have it around any time you need it. Just make sure you have at least one GoPro quick mount clip around and you're good to go.

[2] If you use Arca-Swiss compatible tripod heads, this mount is a no-brainer. The machining issues reported in an earlier review seem to have been resolved. The GoPro HERO8 mount fits very snugly into this adapter and this adapter mounts perfectly into an Arca-Swiss clamp. If you aren't using an A-S clamp, you still have the 1/4-20 mount on the bottom of it. It's simple, flexible, and inexpensive. Highly recommended. (The challenge is actually getting it. I ordered it on 5/24 and finally received it on 8/27. That's three months I waited.)

[2] I bought this to add pieces to the F9 Bracket Package I bought. The F9 attaches to the Wimberley Head, with this piece and one other I can use pieces from the F9 to attach the bracket to the Wimberley plate for off tripod use. It works fine. Cons, its Wimberley and it is pircey

[3] I thought I could get away with using smaller, cheaper mounts for my monitors but they all prove to be too weak once my LCDs are attached. After much research I decided to try the Kupo Max Arm. It is the real deal. Much cheaper than other name brand options (about half the price, to be exact). I highly recommend this item. Im using two to support two monitors with full size sony f950 batteries, one 9 and one 5. The pictures i have included show the 5 mounted with an Impact Super Clamp. I decided to use two Impact rapid baby to 1/4-20 adapters attached to Oben BD-0's for quick mounting. Works great. Fast and solid. I expect these arms to last the long haul.

[Steel] Definitely need this item (or equal) when using the M-4 adjustable arm. Note that it relies on an Arca-Swiss bracket on your camera.

[2] I bought this to use with a convi clamp mounted to a stand to hold my H6 recorder. It's complete overkill. I have mounted a Canon 5DSR with a canon grip and 70-200 IS II with no problem. I love the big handle. It makes it much easier to torque. I haven't used it enough to find anything negative about it. I do know that I expect it to last.
