Q: 1. Would two of these be secure enough to hold a slider on stands? Thinking they might allow different stand heights, for slider to be inclined. Regular Kupo ball head adapters would need to both be level. Not sure if these would cause instability or want to flop over to one side or other because of weight.

A: The disc that is part of the gip head on the Kupo 4-1/2" Grip Head With 1-1/8" Stud and Receiver is a rubber like material.

A: No, 1 1/4" is too large.

Q: 4. What is the diameter of the camera plate?

A: The base mount diameter on the Kupo Super Grip Finger with Round Camera Plate is 60mm.

Q: 5. Can it grip two 1" pipes at the same time?

A: No, the Kupo 2-1/2" Grip Head for 25mm Tube (Black) can only hold one (1) 1-inch (25mm) pipe at a time.

Q: 6. Does the Avenger D400 4.5 support arms(booms) larger than 5/8 (16mm) in diameter? I have the Avenger D420 & D410 and they can use up to 25mm(1 ) sized poles. I was wondering if this grip head also had the larger holes(in addition to 5/8 and 3/8 )?

A: The actual opening when fully closed, of the large hole, is inch. It should work correctly for a 1 size pole.

A: Yes, the Kupo Grip Heads can fit Avenger C-stands and vice versa.

[Aluminum] This plate is a great adapter for a PTZ camera to a light stand and even better when paired with the KUPO Low and Mighty stand. It will allow you to mount to a baby pin or in a junior receiver. The only thing I wish it had is a bubble level. 5

[Aluminum] Having both a Matthews lollipop and the Kupo, for a menace rig the advantage of being aligned with the stand is obvious. Why offset all that weight when it could be centered up? Removes one more obvious fail point from the equation. Much more stable. 5

[Aluminum] When your mafer or grip head needs a little extra mounting help or you want to convert an instrument from catch to pitch, it's always smart to have a couple of these in your grip bag. Nice, chromed steel. I like the hole for a cotter pin; no such thing as too much safety! Be PREPARED! 5

[Aluminum] A great piece for an AC monitor/cage kit with a QR, for a follow focus fiz unit (it allows full movement for ergonomics most AC's miss out on!) and of course for any other rigging where micro adjustment AND solid strength of rigging is required. 5
