A: This model has a single SATA slot that can accomodate a larger SSD, however it already occupied by the included 256GB SATA SSD.

A: The computer would only be able to register 20GB. As this laptop only has one slot, putting in a 32GB card would only give you 20 GB of RAM.

A: Yes, this laptop has the numeric keypad.

A: This charger supports 110V-240V.

A: I am sorry we only offer this in an English QWERTY keyboard.

Q: 6. Can this computer power an external monitor with a resolution of 2560x1440?

A: This laptop wouldn't power the monitor. You can connect a monitor directly to its HDMI port, but the monitor would have to be connected to the power outlet.

A: The charger for this Acer 15.6" Aspire 5 15 Laptop (and most other laptops we carry) support 100-240 V power, and will not need a converter. You may need a plug adapter for the power outlets in your region.

[Zipper] I have had some other caselogic items, and always have proved to be durable. This is my first backpack from them, it seems to be of good quality and very light. I will use it to travel and carry on some of my camera equipment, not so much, just probably a couple of lenses and the body. The best was the price, I have purchased this item at just 14 dlls during the 4 of July sale! :) that price was unbeatable, even for Amazon. 5
