I've accumulated different cameras from different manufacturers for years assuming they would be easy to install on IP NVRs and for the most part, they were until I got some newer 4K cameras and then it became a chore. Three different NVR's later I find one that works with all my cameras. The only real hassle, if I can call it that, was to have to go to the router as I hooked up each camera to see what address it was set to. Once I got it to recognize the cameras, the included software made it easy to get them all working. I have a simple 5 camera, 24hr recorded, home setup without all the motion detection or other options set, so it was pretty easy to get up and running. It works.

This NVR supports Dahua's IVS, just make sure your cameras also support IVS.

Also, when shopping for an NVR pay attention to the Decoding Resolution spec. This tells you how many channels the NVR can support at certain camera resolutions and frame rates.

Hardwired system that stays out of the Cloud and no WiFi to be jammed

This was a great experience. I ordered my camera system and it was here a few days later. It was packaged very well. I am going to do more business with them.

I have several - they work great. Easy to setup and maintenance is a snap. Fans are a little loud. The only complaint I have is they won't work with my new ANPR cameras.
