A: It will connect but it won't work because the Rode needs phantom power. Sennheiser's mke 600 works because it doesn't require phantom power. (it can run with a battery).

A: FUJIFILM X100V does not have filter threads. The FUJIFILM Lens Cap for X100V Camera (Black) will only fit that camera.

A: I verified with the manufacture and yes it does work with the Sennheiser G4 transmitter series

Q: 5. When you install the DC2 how do you get the original battery door off to put on the new one with the cable hole?

A: There is a small pin on the bottom of the unit that when it is pushed in the door comes right off.

Q: 6. Can this be used when the Fuji adapter and a lens filter are installed on the lens?

A: The FUJIFILM Lens Cap for X100V Camera (Silver) can be used to protect the lens only; it does not fit on the adapter with a filter.

Q: 7. Can this be used with the lens hood in place?

A: No.

Q: 8. Can I attach this to the camera if I use attach a UV filter in front of the lens?

A: Unfortunately this Fuji lens cap is not compatible with the Fuji filter adapter for the FX100V. You would need to get a filter that has front filter threads and then buy a lens cap that matches the diameter of those threads to place the cap on the filter.

Q: 9. Is the entire shoe made of Delrin plastic, or just the lock nuts? (From the image it's obvious the nuts are plastic, but the rail looks likely to be also.) If so, how sturdy is this? Does it stay in place better or worse than metal?

A: The camera shoe is aluminum.

Q: 10. Is this made out of metal or plastic?

A: The PL Cap is metal.

[Black] I have been using this with a Sennheiser g3 receiver and a Remote Audio BDSv4. I didnt buy the additional pigtail connecting cable as i had some unused ones from tbe BDS kit. I just soldered that to the battery packleads and all is well. 5

[Black] This is the third one I bought. One is powered from a P-Tap connection on my camera rig and the other two take their power from my Audio Devices BDS in my sound bag. Makes my life so much easier and AA free ;) 5

[Black] This item is perfect if you need to mount a shotgun microphone and/or external monitor on top of your DSLR or camcorder. I bought it specifically for my Canon 7D.It is sturdy, lightweight and easy to install on your camera. This K-Tek 9 inch aluminum camera shoe bar fits the bill! 5

[Black] Using IEM receivers at remote battery powered speakers. Using old USB cable, i was able to cut the cable and wire it to this and now I can obtain power for my sennheiser ew receivers to run off my speakers battery. The DC2 accepts a range of voltage and converts it to 3V and this simply works flawlessly! This is wonderful and if I want to switch to AA's or rechargeable I can easily swap this out for those. thanks sennheiser 5

[Black] I use this along with the Sennheiser Nt 2-3-Us Power Supply to convert a battery powered source to a AC power source. My uses for these two products are for setting up wireless speaker systems using body pack style transmitters and receivers to send a wireless signal from my audio mixer to the speakers without using (or needing) speaker cables. You will never again have to use batteries (for the transmitters and receivers) when you incorporate The DC 2 - DC Camera Power Converter and the Nt 2-3-Us Power Supply to send the signal. After 15 years of running speaker cables, taping down on walkways and over door ways, this investment was WELL worth it! I run my speakers wirelessly now with ease and convenience! 5
