[Yes] Definitely impressed with the quality of this. I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect Sharkfin for a while now and this one is checking all the boxes. I like that it sits a bit further back than the AB ones and I like the read out. It’s perfect for those front heavy cameras giving you just that extra bit of weight off the back, every inch counts when you’re trying to balance for handheld. Been using it just a couple days with the Amira and I really love it. I wish it would have shipped a bit quicker but maybe they solved that issue by now. Also have to mention the amazing customer service I received, every question was answered insanely quick and they were really great to work with. Happy with my purchase.

[2] this plate is really well made, the AB batts mount nice and snug, the p tap port is very useful. For alexa minis and reds, that are tend to be lightweight rigs, two batteries on the back gives the camera a better balance, especially on handheld and steadicam. Obviously, the hot swap function is a must.

[2] I have been using this rack for well over a year and it has worked great for me. Easy to install and use, I have built computers and RAID for a few years now and I have 2 of these and plan on getting more. I am a electrical contractor and I do not give high praise alot but I do on this one. If you have any trouble with this I would say check other components first. I use a lot of startech products and I have No problem with any.

[V-Mount] We use one of these Anton Bauer Hot-Swap Battery Plates on both of our Red cameras and they are great. Everything made by Anton Bauer is solid and their customer service is excellent.

[V-Mount] Pleasantly surprised at the snugness of the fit when attaching to the primary A/B battery plate. Absolutely no play once seated. In fact you have to give it a bit of a bump with the heal of your hand to get it to engage. Consider this a feature. One edge of the back plate curls around 90 degrees and is setup to accept a BEC plate if you so choose. The unit aside from providing hotswap functionality allows you to create a decent counterweight with batteries rather than dead weight which is useful to both the ENG or Steadicam Operator. Like many things relating to camera rigs, the pricing is stratospheric but the utility is so good that it is worth the cost in the end. This is one of those bits.

[V-Mount] Works great - the bottom PTAP port isn't wired, but that is a known thing with this model. It isn't really a problem as my wooden camera backplate for my camera has another port as well and this one has a working Ptap port on the top as well.

[2] Needed a removable backup solution, this tray fit the bill!

[V-Mount] This little hotswap plate really saves the day. No more powering down the camera to change batteries. Also gives a little more back weight with the second battery, balancing the camera for handheld shooting.

[V-Mount] Works great if you need extra power without shutting down unit.

[Yes] As a reseller, I am concerned mainly by two things, the first is to receive a good quality items corresponding exactly to the description and the second to receive them fast !
