Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Is this a scanner or simply a digital camera that takes a picture of a picture?

A: It takes pictures and then uploads them to your computer via USB. Quality is good and adjustable altho we use PS for enhancement. It's way faster than our HP G4020- 16. As fast as you can feed'em ya scan'em! We love it for the price. No complaints from customers yet!!

Q: 2. Can the SanDisk 64 GB EXTREME UHS-1 SDXC function at its maximum in this camcorder for videos?

A: The Sandisk 64GB Extreme UHS-1 SDXC will work without an issue on the camera, however the camera will not come close to using the full speed of the card. You can use the 64GB Ultra: https://bhpho.to/2gQLMix

Q: 3. Does the Wolverine Titan capture sound when scanning Super 8 film with a sound strip?

A: No, this would not capture the sound (audio) from the film.

Q: 4. Does the 62mm size work OK with a 55mm lens and a 55-to-62mm step-up adapter, or is it better to just get the 55mm size?

A: The 62mm version can be used on a 55mm diameter lens with an adapter ring. However, I would not recommend buying the 62mm version unless you also have a 62mm diameter lens.

Q: 5. Does it require to remove the APS negative from the roll?

A: Yes. Their website has a link to a video that shows you how to open the aps container.

Q: 6. Can it be used on a macro lens such as the nikon 105mm Z MC 2.8?

A: The Opteka 62mm 10x High Definition II Professional Macro Conversion Lens is compatible with the Nikon NIKKOR Z MC 105mm f/2.8 VR S Macro Lens.

Q: 7. Are there actually different sizes of optics in the variations offered (55, 62, 72, 77mm) or is it just different housings?

A: Yes, there are different size optics in each of the variations of the Opteka 10x High Definition II Professional Macro Conversion Lenses.

Q: 8. Does the lens come with the lens support "sled" or rear tripod focus and zoom controls?

A: The Fujinon HA42X13.5BERD-S48 - BH #FUHA42X135BZ is just the lens and does not include controls or support solutions.

Q: 9. Will the Wolverine take different slide sizes? I have a box of old "stereo" slides from Kodak with two images that can be viewed as "3D". I would like to scan just one of each of the images, but the size is smaller than 35mm. How flexible is the scanner?

A: Wolverine makes different size slide carriers, so all you would need to do is make sure you purchase the right carrier for the film and you should be able to scan them in properly.

Q: 10. According to the Raynox website one needs to use a Raynox 52mm Male to 52mm Female Spacer Ring (RA5252B) when using this Raynox HDP-2800 ES fisheye conversion lens with a camcorder with 52mm mounting threads. Is this true?? If so, could I use a 52mm UV filter instead of the spacer ring?

A: One of the secrets of a good photo is macro clarity, so be careful when using filter. I had a 28mm fisheye lens and is considerably lower than this. I do not know if buying an adapter ring is required.

[150 Hz - 17 kHz] As always Sony does not let you down. Good quality and decent sound. Easy to set and easy battery backup replacement. Clock has two brightness settings and off for those who require complete darkness. Does what it’s supposed to do with no problems. Great clock radio.

[94dB, 1W / 1 M] Work as expected!! Easy to use, and I have done a lot of test. Upscaling to downscaling, really fine! Strongly recommended product. I was able to downscale the HDMI signal from my camera, 1080p-60 to 720p-60.

[PoE] I love these headphones. I use them on my computer for gaming and for music. Using a creative labs dedicated sound card to power them they really have a good clean sound. The bass is there with some thump and the mids and highs are there without being blown out or over shadowed. I have a pair of Audio-technnica ATH-A550z and I think the Tascam have a better sound. The fit is not quite as sealing as I would like but everyone has a different head shape so I know one size fits all usually fits none. For the price I definitely recommend them.

[150 Hz - 17 kHz] Sleek design and easy to read numbers make this a perfect bedside companion. I love the way it looks on my nightstand. The sound is also very clear - a great value at this price point.

[150 Hz - 17 kHz] We just got this Gefen Toolbox to downscale a 1080p HD signal to project on a 1080i TV, and it worked flawlessly. No glitches, just plug and play. Our signal was coming from a high resolution camera mounted on a Olympus microscope. We wanted the signal to be projected on multiple TVs with different resolutions. Good product.

[1920 x 720] I bought this pair of Tascam TH-07 headphones to use for a recent digital piano purchase. The piano sounds great in a room using the built-in speakers, but was really lacking when it came to using headphones. I had grand hopes for the TH-07s, and MAN have they come through!!

The sound is indescribable, other than to say, gorgeous, rich, full piano sound, and that doesn't seem to do it justice. I am extremely pleased and recommend TH-07 headphones wholeheartedly. I have not listened to other music with them, but I expect good things there too.

My MAIN reason for purchasing this set was the coiled cable that comes with them. There are two cable options and both were included in the box. The coiled cable has a little too much straight cable between the headphones and the beginning of the coil (for my purposes, which is to keep kitty cat from chewing on the cord), but it is hardly a concern. It seems that the cables have a kind of a push and turn lock to hold the cable in at the headphone end, so be aware and careful of that. If they aren't in properly, the sound quality is reduced.

Overall I am extremely pleased with this purchase and recommend the TH-07 Headphones to anyone who is a budget-minded headphone buyer. Great price, great sound.

[PoE] Spent weeks searching for (more expensive) solutions to getting a regular old $ DVD player to play homemade DVD videos into an ATEM SDI switcher. Problem was that consumer DVD players output 480 60hz, and my ATEM is set to 720 50p. Found a cheap hdmi to SDI on @, and used the Gefen to do the upscaling AND frame conversion. Works beautifully... a perfect problem solver.
