A: There's no elastic loop but there is a tiny yellow embroidered tripod. There is a pull-down pouch above it that can house the feet of a tripod and a strap in the middle of the pack that holds the top. I've been really happy with this pack for travel and convenience.

A: It can hold the 16" macbook pro. The macbook pro has a 16" screen but about a 14" chassis.

A: When using the Ruggard Lynx 45 SlingPack for DSLR and 13" Laptop, a 13 inch laptop that is not too thick will fit, but not for a 11.5 binder, (it is too thick).

A: Correct, that will fit. You can always compare it with our max laptop dimensions: 15" screen size / 2.5cm (1") x 36cm (14.2") x 25cm (9.75")

A: I think it would be tight but it would work. The 70-200 hood can be reversed and lens placed vertically. The 5D4 with 24-70 and hood reversed should be able to be placed vertically, too. Not much else can be placed in the bag accept a few accessories on the outside pocket. Note that the strap pad isn’t padded enough in my opinion.
