A: I'm going to mount this hood on a Voigtlander 40mm f1.4 with Fujifilm X-mount cameras, but according to my experiences, the shape of the hood might cause vignetting when you use a 28mm lens on a full frame camera, and maybe OK with a APSC cropped sensor cameras.

A: No, this will not work. This 49mm Reverse Adapter will only work on A-mount Minolta/Sony cameras (Sony's DSLT cameras rather than their mirrorless ones).
