[Universal] I love the design and like the way it fastens to the bag. When that thing is snapped down it's not going anywhere accidentally. The AVEA 3 works beautifully on the Hadley Pro but understand it's pretty small and will not hold a flash or lens or even a filter. I use it for my memory card wallet, ink pen, lens pen and small flashlight. There is a cinch at the top under the flap that works very nicely to secure items. For an additional 3rd layer of security, I clipped the ribbon from my card wallet to the cord of the cinch. Pricing is odd. The 3 and 5 are the same price and one is 4 times the material of the other. I ordered both and when you see the difference the pricing really becomes puzzling. I guess they figured them like shoes.

[Yes] I am using my EVENT bag to hold a Pentax K1 with large lens, Macro lens in hard case, flash and a small lens with my MAC Pro in the sleeve on the side. Great padding all round. The quality of stitching, material used and shoulder strap - couldn't be better. I thought long and hard in spending the money required for this bag, but I haven't been happy with other bags to protect the camera and non can hold my MAC.

[Zipper] On my belt for one lens. and his viewfinder. I have to modify the interior to put my leica M 18mm and viewfinder inside, but now it is perfect, not too big and useful in ride.

[Yes] If you've got a Billingham shoulder bag such as a Hadley Pro or Hadley Large, or one of the 7 series, you'll no doubt have noticed that sliplock-type side or end pouches made by Lowepro and Tamrac can't be attached. The reason is that Billingham decided to use a narrowly sewn double-loop side attachment. The Avea 3 is the smallest Billingham side pouch and it's specifically designed to securely attach to the ends of all Billingham bags which feature the double-loop attachment. I use the Avea 3 to hold several items I want to get at quickly under any circumstances: a 3GB iPod, earbuds, Lenspen and a writing pen. Because the Avea 3 has a fixed divider in its main compartment, earbuds can be kept coiled and away from the other items. The Avea 3 has an inner, integrated liner with a drawstring top that can be cinched tight using the attached cord and sliding lock. Combined with the full top flap, weather including wind borne dust, splashes and even driving rain are kept out of the pouch. As usual, Billingham's signature fabric remains tough, abrasion resistant and good looking no matter what sort of treatment it receives. During the first month of daily use attached to my Billingham Hadley Pro, the Avea 3 gradually broke in to the point where it began to conform to the left end of the Hadley. The leather strip to which the snap closure is affixed also softened enough to be easily worked. After two months of daily use, I'm not looking anywhere else for a replacement pouch. The Avea 3 is an excellent match for the Hadley series of bags. It's nicely sized and also looks balanced on all the medium size Billingham shoulder bags with which its compatible. If you need just a bit of extra room and fast access to frequently used items while you're exploring the world with your camera and a Billingham bag, the Avea 3 should do the trick. Highly recommended.

[Zipper] Perfect for my Billingham Hadley Pro bag. The AVEA 5 doesn't fit very well for me. AVEA 3 is smaller and more compact. I used to put 2 of them on my bag. Billingham's quality and finishing is amazing!

[Universal] As long as the photographer knows what can & should comfortably fit into the 3 main compartments and the couple of extra pockets, then this is perfect.
Dont look for all the modern things of lap top holder, water bottle holder etc.
that is not what this beautiful bag is about.

[Yes] Nice small sized pouch with typical Billingham quality. Good for batteries, cleaning supplies, other small items. Attaches securely and has a nice drawstring top.

[Yes] I own several Billingham bags: Hadley Pro, Hadley Large and f1.4. The oldest of which is the Hadley Large. The challenge with the Hadley Pro and Hadley Large is that these bags are narrow where it takes some fiddling to get my Fuji X-T2 and X-Pro2 cameras in and out with lenses mounted. I wanted a lightly wider bag (front to back) to make it easier to use with two cameras. When the Hadley One was announced, I ordered it right away. The bag answers my prayers. It also features a 2 wide removable strap which makes the bag more comfortable when loaded up with gear. A dedicated laptop pocket accommodates my 13 MacBook Pro AND iPad Pro 9.5. When I travel, however, I only take my iPad Pro and leave the laptop home. The fit and finish is the usual top-notch Billingham quality. It should last for years and the nob and leather closures are quiet and fast to open and close. No velcro ever on a Billingham bag. I purchased mine in fibernyte Khaki with chocolate brown leather trim. This is the same color scheme and materials as my f1.4 bag. It's beautiful and doesn't scream expensive camera gear inside.

[Yes] Not long ago I was looking for a new camera bag. My research lead me to explore The offerings from Billingham of England. The research also demonstrated uniformly positive remarks from all who bought them.With these factors in mind, I ordered the Hadley Pro. On a recent trip to photograph a wedding, I found the bag provided exceptional protection for some expensive Nikon glass. Everything I needed was readily at hand, and even the rain did not affect my shooting. The internal padding was excellent, and easily configured. I found that I could make use of some additional room, so I ordered two more Avea side bags. I am enthusiastic about the ease of use, and would highly recommend this bag to professionals and amateurs alike. It is wonderful!
