[13 A] Rearranging furniture put a bookcase in front of a useful outlet and the Maximm 3' cable was perfect for making the outlet available at one side of the bookcase. And the flat plug made it possible to keep the bookcase as nearly flat against the wall as possible, something an ordinary extension cord wouldn't allow. We love it.

located on their power supply, and the width of
these power supplies blocks adjacent outlets.
The extension cables solve this problem. The
18 awg of the extension cables makes them
flexible and easy to arrange, and is ok in this
application bcoz the current requirements of the
attached devices is low.

[120 VAC, 60 Hz] I'm using this extension cord to power my flash strobes and my Video LED lights in my studio and on location. Plus I'm tired of those ugly orange cords which is a sore thumb. having it all black is soooo much prettier. It blends with my AC cords and almost disappears on Set.

Every extension cord follows electrical codes which most people often forget to check their rating and plug in just about anything. This cord, with a maximum Load of 13A, 125V, 1625W, which is exactly the MAXIMUM load you can have anyways on a standard 15 Amp outlet, PER CIRCUIT with nothing else plugged in that circuit. If you exceed the load on this extension cord, you are also exceeding the permitted load on your outlet / circuit, therefore, this extension cord does the job right. 20 Amp circuits are usually commercial facilities, which allows you to load more, but again, don't forget the ratings on the extension cord, found on its labels.

Plugging in TWO 600 watt LED lights, is approaching your load limit by 70% on a home circuit.

The Watson 3-Outlet Power Extension Cord is easy to wrap away as the cord is a softer PVC. When dealing with halogen lights, make sure this cord is nowhere near that heat beam or ON the light's body, like most extension cords shouldn't. Don't allow people to step on electrical cords or place heavy items on top, so they don't get damaged or cut when crushed.

I also like that I can plug in a large DC power adapter without getting in the way. (see pictures)

[16 AWG] This extension cord worked great. Its not too hard to bend, doesnt feel flimsy, and items plugged in without being too loose or hard.

[No ] Works perfectly, seems durable, electrical current is not interrupted if it turns while in use, it stays in the position it is turned to, no slipping even when turned at a 90 degree angle (at least now, while it's new)

[125 V] Using this for getting power when recording audio on location. The cable is soft which makes it easy to lay down and it stays down so you don't get the garden hose effect of loops popping up and presenting trip hazards. (Of course you can still tape it down depending on the venue etc.). Powers my Zoom F8 nicely and I can plugin other devices as well (e.g., battery charger for longer sessions).

[13 A] We moved our company to another office. Based on where the desks were situated (middle of the room) and the fact that the power outlets were in various locations on the walls, we needed black power extension cables to keep things looking nice and tidy. These did the trick.

[16 AWG] Fits nicely behind a flown screen.
