[240 W] I tried a third party replacement lamp from Amazon and it failed immediately. I should have stuck with the manufacturers replacement; this works just as it should, and is cheaper than directly from Epson! 5

[3000] Just replaced the original bulb that blew recently. New bulb has the same picture, quality and brightness as far as I can tell. I'm using it as a home theater projector and have no real complaints. Clearly I haven't used this bulb long so I can't confirm bulb life, but I can say that the original lasted about 22 months with it as the main television in the house. So not bad. 5
