LG ConnectedCare DMS is a cloud solution for remotely monitoring, controlling, and managing the status of LG CreateBoard and TV signage devices installed in educational environments. This feature enables IT managers to operate and manage important resources on operating devices without physically visiting sites. LG ConnectedCare DMS needs to be purchased separately.

The LG ConnectedCare DMS dashboard allows you to view and monitor multiple devices at the same time, thereby saving time and boosting efficiency. The Dashboard features include a summary of connection status and device issues, list of frequently used apps, no response status, checks of recent issue type, and a display of scheduling history for the previous seven days.

Frequently used controls such as the screen on/off, scheduling, brightness, and screen lock functions can be applied using a remote control. Additionally, IT managers can remotely install and update the apps on selected devices, which helps lessen the need for on-site response.

Content such as images, videos, audio messages, and live streaming can be shared from the primary system to specific devices including UM340E and LG CreateBoard installed in the school. In case of urgent occasions such as a fire or a natural disaster, alert messages can be distributed manually across the system, which helps teachers and students promptly take safety action.

Users can set thresholds including CPU temperature, memory usage, or available storage, and can receive warning or error notifications based on their threshold settings.

An engineer can check the status in real-time and diagnose problems remotely. Also, the current status of issues can be categorized, allowing for easy viewing and quick responses.

[Internal] This is a great monitor and it is reasonably priced. It is clear and the sound is great....better than most Samsung TVs as they don't have great speakers. We bought 2 for our audio visual system and they are excellent. 5

[3840 x 2160] Bought this about 2 months ago, and I’m in love with it, i love the layout of the apps on the tv the smart link with my entertainment devices. Also the screen mirroring with my iPhone is just chefs kiss Only thing i wish though is i watch anime, while Funimation is on the LG store Crunchyroll is not, which is not to big of a deal since i Can just mirror play from my phone but would be easier with an app on the TV. Other than that screen quality is great, response time is also great and i have 0 complaints about the TV and am very satisfied. LG never disappoints with their TVs. 5

[3H] I had a 64 Samsung plasma TV since 2013, and apparently the power supply went out, because suddenly there was no picture. So I started reviewing the various options. I didn't want a smart TV again because I didn't really see the need for one. I do all of the streaming that I need with my Roku Ultra. All that I really wanted was a monitor which would receive the video signal from my Yamaha receiver. No microphones. No cameras. No monitoring of my viewing habits by my TV (of course I know that the streaming companies do this). I did some research and found a suggestion for a commercial TV to fulfill this purpose. I looked around and found the LG 340C 65 TV. It's just what I needed. Great picture, and built to last for years and years. 5

[NTSC / ATSC] We have deployed 10 of these at our facilities for a wide range of uses. From Display Walls, Video Conference, and Digital Signage. The monitors have a great range of features without all the extra unneeded stuff that standard TVs now come with. I do have some public facing models and did note some other reviewers had reported people attempting to pair devices to them. Being in a more rural area, I have not encountered this, but I could see it being an issue in some use cases. Finally, I did have two (out of 10 deployed) arrived damaged (by the delivery company), but B&H got a replacement shipped out the next day. Great excellent customer service by B&H to get it all sorted out so quickly. 5

[IPS-Type LCD] I've owned previous NEC TVs/Monitors in the past and they always had great displays with long lasting quality so I figured I would go with what has been working well for us over the years. A little more expensive than consumer displays that you get in stores like BestBuy but for us it's worth it. This TV should last us for many years to come. 5
