Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will there be enough space for a mouth if I use my Lenovo 14" laptop?

A: No, there is only room for the laptop I would suggest using the intergraded mouse. Please review the following item if you would like to use a mouse Tether Tools Tether Table Aero Standard Portable https://bhpho.to/2YdiQvm

Q: 2. Would this work for a 5D Mark iii? Is it submergible?

A: No, it would not. The Outex 110 Underwater Camera Cover (Medium), B&H # OUCOVER110, would instead be recommended for use with the Canon EOS 5D Mark III DSLR camera as long as the length of the camera and the lens you will be using is 10 inches or less. As it is designed for underwater usage, yes, it may be submerged. Outex’s patented waterproof design is IP08 tested to 10 meters or 33 feet deep when applied correctly. The seal is waterproof and ideal for water sports, snorkeling, etc. Outex was not designed as scuba gear and it does not protect your equipment against severe underwater pressure while scuba diving.

Q: 3. Will this mount on tripods used by DSLR cameras?

A: Yes it can as long as the tripod can support the weight of the teleprompter.

Q: 4. Is the small a good size for a Z6 and a 24-70mm F2.8S?

A: The Nikon Z6 with the NIKKOR Z 24-70mm f/4 S Lens will fit in the Outex 100X Underwater Camera Cover (Small). You do need to add the Outex front glass since the front of the cover is open. The Outex Front Glass for Underwater Camera Cover (72mm Filter Thread) is the correct one for the NIKKOR Z 24-70mm f/4 S Lens: https://bhpho.to/2ZEdRz5

Q: 5. Can I connect the monitor to my computer to be able to see my keynote and flip the screen so I don't see it mirrored?

A: The Prompter People Ultralight 12 Teleprompter with 12- High-Bright Reversing Monitor, could be fed a signal from Keynote, and adjusted appropriately from your computer.

Q: 6. To attach this to the Peak Design Travel Tripod do I just need an Arca-type plate with a 3/8" screw?

A: The following unit features a 3/8"-16 threaded mounting hole on the bottom of the tray allows it to be mounted to tripods or other supports with a 3/8"-16 stud.

Q: 7. What type of filters are these? Also, are they required for use with the waterproof camera case?

A: The Outex Front Glass for Underwater Camera Cover (58mm Filter Thread) that is included with the Outex Underwater Camera Cover Kit (Small, 58mm Lens) is not a filter but is the glass flat port required to seal the Outex Underwater Camera Cover. The port attaches to the camera lens with 58mm filter threads.

Q: 8. Prompter People offers a high-bright monitor version of this teleprompter on their website. Do you?

A: No. We do not currently carry the high-bright version of this monitor.

Q: 9. Will this fit a canon 1Dx MarkIII with a 100-400mm lens?

A: The camera is about 1/2" too high, all the other dimensions look good. It is a silicone material so it may stretch out to accommodate the camera's height.

Q: 10. What's the payload?

A: Payload is not specified. Its designed for laptops. Make sure to use a adequate stand or the stand will fail before the tray does.

[0.495 lb] We bought this just before going on vacation. We travel quite intensely moving from place to place. These attachments were a great addition to our camera gear and I strongly recommend them if you're into photography (especially if traveling).

[0.495 lb] Not much to say about a housing tray. Dual handles for dual strobes. Solid construction keeping everything secure both in the water and out.

[0.495 lb] After years of working with a modified tray, I changed it out for the Ikelite with quick release handles. Made for a nice clean setup. The Quick release make it easy to detach the arms and lights so you can work on your camera (change batteries, view photos, etc) and reattach them in seconds. Handles are a good size and comfortable (even with drysuit gloves). There was even a easy way to install a addition bracket for my GoPro without compromising real estate on the tray or added too much additional weight with extra fansenter and brackets.

Very happy with the new set up. Ergonomic, comfortable, stable, and the quick release is a great bonus feature!

[0.495 lb] I just purchased a new Ikelite housing for my Olympus TG-7 camera. Since I'm not independently wealthy, I had to defer the purchase of a strobe light. My poor man's solution was to buy this flashlight bracket and mount my dive light (which is reasonably bright for a flash light). It obviously can replace a good strobe, but for $35 I do have more light. The product appears to be very good quality, and it comes with two strips of padding that have adhesive on one side to help support the flashlight. My light fit well without the pads, but I'll probably install the pads just to see what happens. I have no idea how effective the adhesive will be under water, but if they fail, there are many other Velcro options. If you looking for something to hold a dive light, this is a great option.
