A: My laptop's dimensions are 10.5 wide x 15.25 long x 1 high and I cannot get it into the laptop compartment. The problem is that the zipper opening measures only 14.5 .

A: Ruggard Thunderhead 75 DSLR & Laptop Backpack internal dimensions of 19.5 x 12 x 6.5" are only for the main compartment. The dimensions for the laptop pocket is separate and does not affect the depth of the main compartment.

A: The short answer is it should. Although I have not taken into the cabin, its dimensions are the same as another bag I tend to take when traveling with plain. I don't have any problem placing it under the seat. Interestingly under the seat space varies between the plains and airlines; the shortest I believe is 9.5 , Southwest, and the tallest is 11 , American. The bag has pretty cushioned belt strap, which one has to push them to the sides to slide the bag under the seat.

A: I do not have that combination of camera and lens, but this bag will easily fit my Canon T4i and battery grip with a Tamron 18-270 lens in the top center part of the bag, and a Tamron 150-600 lens below it. The adjustable side sections easily carry the remainder of my lens as well as flash, accessories, etc. And that doesn't even mention the other pockets on the bag.
