A: I leave the strap on and loop it over my neck like normal so the clip supports the weight but if I were to drop it it would be on the strap as normal. No problems with that method

A: Both the PGYTECH Beetle Camera Clip and the Sirui L-10 Monopod Tilt Head are Arca-Swiss style. The plate should work but between the two but it has not been tested.

A: it will, but you have to buy other adapters to use it. all go pro stuff will work with all cameras that have the screw mount on them. you need the shill gopro to 1/4 adapter, and shill thumb knob for a Gopro and then you need the base that mounts to the gopro adapter that will clip into the slots on this quick mount. I use them on my Kodak pixpro and my drift ghost HD... The add items link does not work so I cant add the pics of the items I talked about. . hope this helps
