Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. what in the box? only the hc-x20? no battery/power case??

A: The box's contents for the Panasonic HC-X20 4K Mobile Camcorder with Rich Connectivity and all other items listed on the B&H website are located in the "In the Box," section of the overview of our items. The contents are as follows: Panasonic HC-X20 4K Mobile Camcorder with Rich Connectivity, Power Supply, Power Cable, 5900mAh Battery, Battery Charger, Microphone Holder, Microphone Holder Screw Set, Input Terminal Cap, Eye Cup, Lens Hood, and Limited 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty.

Q: 2. On a Canon M5, you can't operate the camera without closing the battery door. As far as I can see, there is also no cable outlet of any kind. How is this product physically able to work?

A: You should be able to make it work with the M5 without keeping the battery door open. Canon sells a similar coupler to this for the M5 that plugs into the wall. Ours is meant to plug into a USB battery pack.On the bottom of the inside of the door, do you see a silver piece with a round hole? The version I've found has a number 3 on that rubber piece, but yours may be different. That rubber piece should pop out and you would plug the cable into the coupler through that hole.

Q: 3. Does this camera come with the external microphone that is on the picture?

A: The Shotgun mic is unfortunately not included with the Panasonic HCX20 camcorder. The Panasonic recommended microphone is the Panasonic AG-MC200G Unidirectional Microphone BH #PAAGMC200G • MFR #AG-MC200G https://bhpho.to/3SKh9wT

Q: 4. Has anyone had trouble connecting the camera as a card reader through USB-C on a Mac. I get error -36 and can't figure it out?

A: You must ensure that the cable that you connect to the Panasonic HC-X20 4K Mobile Camcorder with Rich Connectivity conforms with USB 3.1. Panasonic recommends using a cable that is less than 4.9 feet in length when possible.

Q: 5. Could this also be used to power a monitor?

A: Yes, as long as the monitor uses the NP-F battery, it will work perfect.

Q: 6. Is 4K recording oversampled?

A: When recording in 4k the HC-X20 recording would be sampled at 4:2:0.

Q: 7. Is the lens parfocal?

A: The Panasonic HC-X20 4K Mobile Camcorder lens with Rich Connectivity is not truly parfocal. The camera uses a hybrid lens and electronic focus system to retain focus through the zoom.

Q: 8. Does this work with A7S III and FX3 without the battery warning? The two cameras mentioned would spit "the operation and safety of this battery cannot be guaranteed, continue" warning on most third party batteries and couplers.

A: If you use the Tether Tools Relay Camera Coupler for Sony Cameras with NP-FZ100 Battery with the Tether Tools Case Relay Camera Power System Both cameras are fully compatible and they won't display the warning message.

Q: 9. Does anyone have experience using this system with the Nikon D750?

A: The Tether Tools Relay Camera Coupler for Nikon Cameras with EN-EL15C Battery with the Tether Tools Case Relay Camera Power System works great with the Nikon D7500. You could use any battery with a usb port. The Power System has a built-in battery that will allow you to change batteries without losing power to the camera. You could also use this system for AC power by adding a USB to AC adapter.

Q: 10. Will this work with the Canon R5? If not which one will?

A: Yes it will!

[0 to 95%] I really do hate wires and cables - always tangled and in the way. We've been using one of these for a few years and it has been great, so I saw a sale on and added a second to the setup. I have read some negative reviews, but we've had nothing but success with it for 3 or 4 years now at least. Firmware updates can be a bit tricky, but I've managed to get through them - other than that, it's a handy way to get rid of one more wire! :D

[12 to 24 VDC] I was very pleased with this headset. It's very light and the sound is crystal clear. I had to attached my handset to the Jabra base unit, so it's not as well integrated with my phone. I bought the GN1000 to lift the handset so I could answer or hangup. That works great but an extra cost. I was also able to connect my cell phone to the headset as well. It's tricky when your on a landline call and then answer a cell phone call, but it handles switching to the other phone.

[30 W] I am very pleased with the voice quality that is produced with this headset. The range is great too. Very easy to pair to a Windows 10 laptop (same method as pairing with mobile device).

[DC Input] The Jabra 925 works great with my Shoretel phone and my iPhone. It even starts Siri when I press the mobile phone button. I used the software to program the headset to automatically connect to my Desktop phone when I remove the headset from the stand. Great programming options!

[DC Input] Very easy to install and use. I was particularly interested to have a noise reducing microphone and this headset microphone does the trick.
