I've been a JBL person for many years, but I must say that putting this speaker next to my JBl JRX112M (the same speaker configuration), blew me away. I never thought JBL could be surpassed. I was wrong. This EV speaker did it. As a pro musician for many years, I rate this at the top 3 speakers in it's class, if not the top of the heap. I love the light weight for transporting, as I have to move my equipment 5 nights per week in Las Vegas. The sound reproduction is great. It actually put out more volume at the same mixer setting than the JBL. There are two things I would like to see changed. The handles should be on top (as the JBL), not on the sides. This will make the speaker easier to grab and load into a vehicle, instead of bending over and reaching for the handle on the side. Another change I would like to see, is that the cabinet would have both Speakon and 1/4 inputs, as some mixers don't have Speakon outputs, therefore requiring you to buy an adaptor. The JBL has both Speakon and 1/4 inputs. Otherwise, this speaker is an excellent choice...

At home stereo set up, wanted to try new tech, noticed local rental joints are exclusively QSC (no passive speakers though).


Ordered smallest QSC speakers - I liked their look for home and their 85 degree pattern; with the idea to return them if I don't like the sound .


I employ them with a 200W Mackie amp and SVS-SB3000 sub, through a DDRC-24 Dirac Live room corrector.


The result is very pleasing, and the Tannoys are now retired.


There is more clarity in the sound and I can push more (a lot of) power into the system with the clarity still remaining there. I don't have to sit on the sofa to enjoy the sound, so 85 degree pattern is working well.


Note they are not flat, they require EQ/DSP corrector.

Just what I was looking for.

The sound is sweet and powerful. I am not disappointed with Yamaha's quality.

I have used these for several years, and have been listening to various pairs for over 10 years. Last I knew the first pair I heard were still on the road. The enclosure is very well designed and extremely easy to carry. Electro-Voice designed the carry handle based on suitcase handle research, and they are the easiest to carry speakers I have ever encountered. I can carry one in each hand with ease. As to sound quality, these speakers are so accurate that some people don't know what to think at first. I have never found a full range cabinet that had a clearer or more accurate sound. Having installed these in various buildings, and traveling with my own pair of SX300E's I have found these speakers to be so versatile and reliable, that I rarely if ever use an EQ even in installations. These are a bargain at any price, and a great addition to any system.

I already have the 4' versions of this light and added the 2' ones as another set of options. Love the versatility of these lights and the app control is great.

This kit went straight to work right out of the shipping box. Didn't even have a chance to test beforehand, but luckily all lights and components worked flawlessly on their maiden voyage.
It's the perfect size and a great addition to our lighting arsenal.

I pre-ordered four of the 2' Infinibars. They were shipped pretty quick and we immediately sent them out on some jobs. They work great with the Sidus Link App. One nice bonus is the extra magnets supplied with each bar. I mounted one under a kitchen cabinet using the strong magnets to hold the light in place. Worked great...fast and easy, plus looked good. We will be buying more!

This speaker is cute. Esthetically it matches our other new speakers. We bought the lower-rated version of the speaker. As a 15in speaker, it can hit, but we will keep tweaking it. It sounds likes the highs are good and the bottom is weak (but that may be the tuning remnants from our previous speaker)

For my solution, I don't want these to drive extremely hard. So far, they don't have any presence unless the vocalist eats the microphone.

We'll keep tweaking. These are replacing our Passive Peavy 15s. These don't have the same presence. They seem like 10s versus 15s.

I just connected today because I was waiting 6 days on NL4 connectors. I still think we are going to enjoy these.

I just hate that I didn't notice they require NL4 connectors. It's in the description, but I didn't notice. I didn't plan to shift to any NL4 systems. We bought 1/4 inch to NL4 connectors and are moving along.

These came via external B&H vendor. They were within scope for my delivery need date; however, these external vendors suck at providing updates regarding the delivery date.

this light looks great. has high output and a long battery life and can use a diffuser and eggcrate easily. i see no reason to rent titans anymore. they took their time making these and it shows.
