[Black] the feel is great and fit is secure. I wish it matched their top handle exactly but it is slightly smaller on the sides. It takes a 4mm allen which is always at hand on set.

[Black] I got this for my RED Komodo and I absolutely love this piece of equipment. I actually had another top rail solution for the Komodo that I returned because it was too bulky and took too much time to setup. That is not a problem with this one.


The NATO rail is quick and easy to lock in and setup. The build quality is SOLID and feels great in your hands. I also love the 15mm Rod top placement. This is great for EVFs and I personally prefer to have my Follow focus motor above the lens, and this easily allows me to do that. The other great thing, is that because it uses a NATO Rail I have found myself able to use this on my other camera cages and configurations as well. This is one piece of gear that has blown me away.

[0.19 lb] Simple and effective way to get 15mm LWS topside support on your Red Komodo camera. Bolts into the Komodo Top Handle and features anti-twist pins to prevent twist. Easy to add and remove.

[0.19 lb] There are dozens of nato handles on the market but this BT Nato top handle has a solid build, easy tool free adjustment of the handle position. Features both 3/8-16 and 1/4-20 taps. The 3/8 holes also have Arri anti twist pin holes which is perfect for bolting on accessories. Great handle for any kit.

[0.19 lb] Okay, I might be biased here since I am a fanboy of Bright Tangerine products. We have been waiting on this since 2014, and they finally started shipping. And amazingly this is the best manual follow focus my hands ever touched. The focus wheel is so smooth to the touch, so creamy smooth as a butter melting on your lips. I mean it literally. It is so easy to configure. Packed with so many features. This is a one-sided follow focus. You have the swing arm that comes in two different ratios, this one the cine kit comes with the 1:1.842 ratio for cine lenses. I purchased separately the 1:1 ratio swing arm with this kit as I intend to use it on still lenses as well. The swing arm can go to either side of the bridge.. the kit comes with two different gears that can go on both sides of the swing arm. I picked this over the bigger studio version because of its compact size and lightweight. Two other accessories you might consider to add to your list, the Flexible Handwheel, and the Speed Crank. Two great products that are perfectly machined. Now to the downside, though this partly my mistake but the main selling point for me was that the soft/hard stops on the handwheel. It is a feature they talked about a lot since 2014. It was the biggest selling point for me. The downside is the kit doesn't come with the soft/hard stops. You have to purchase them separately. In my utter confusion, I have no clue why they decided not to include this with the kit. You are buying the kit, and this is a must in every kit. So if you are buying this, just know that you want to add the Soft/Hard Stop to your kit.

[0.19 lb] The quality of this is outrageous. Even though I moved onto a Red made handle, I am keeping this because it is that good. The metal feels better than anything, maybe the only thing better than this is ARRI made aks. Machining is incredible, TBH this is probably underpriced. I could see it being $450 easily.

[0.19 lb] This is just simply the best fictional top handle out there. The craftsmanship is amazing also.

[Black] Bright Tangerine has succeeded in making comfortable, light-weight, easily-adjustable handles that fold into a pretty small form factor for packing and travel. They're pretty much non-slip, even with sweaty or wet hands, and the locking mechanisms are rock solid without needing over-tightening.

[0.19 lb] This thing is a piece of art. It does not get better than this.

[Black] Bright Tangerine was a stretch for me as well - I do not own a Follow Focus kit, yet. This is a review of Rob Eagle in particular.


Rob works for Bright Tangerine. My dealings with Rob were shipping related issues and not Bright Tangerine issues, nor product related issues. Rob was absolutely fantastic to deal with despite the fact that Bright Tangerine was not the cause of my shipping problems.


The Bright Tangerine product, I purchased a C200 cage, is pure quality from one end to the other. Not the least expensive but perhaps the best in the marketplace. It is so wonderful to come across a true quality product as it seems to rarely happen. It is so common to end up with sub-par product and after reading the Revolvr product comments I felt the need to speak up and add my experience.


To sum up... don't have enough coin for this product? Save up a bit longer and then do the buy. The Bright Tangerine product line is nothing but pure pleasure!! And, with people like Rob standing at the ready to provide above and beyond service, you will thank yourself every time you use something from their product line.
