[Wood] Very sturdy good looking bench with very handy storage. Very pleased with it. Easy assembly using included wrench.

[Wood] Not much to say besides it is made very well, is rock solid when setup, and has a nice big firm seat. The cushion is the same thickness and firmness across the whole top area. This is unlike similar cheaper seats where the padding is thicker in the middle and tapers to the sides.

[Wood] Easy to set up. Very comfortable. Take up a minimum amount of space, which was important, since it's for a keyboard I keep in my office at work.

[Wood] The bench is heavy enough to not slide on wooden flooring and even comes with its own wrench. The compartment is very nice for sheet music audio cords or whatever you need.

[Wood] This bench has a very solid feeling. Almost the same as a 4 legged wooden one. The adjustment is reasonable but slightly course, still excellent for a low cost bench.

[Wood] As a filmmaker and a photographer you wouldn't think I would have a use, much less an actual need for a piano bench. But as you learn being a creative, some of the best results come from items that aren't used for their intended purposes. I've had the Auray metal frame piano bench for about a month now and I absolutely love it. It's been used on 3 shoots so far (2 portrait sessions and an interview session) and is now going to be an essential part of my gear checklist.

Unlike a folding chair or stool, the soft leatherette seat is extremely comfortable which is clutch when you are asking a subject to sit for hours on end. It's solidly built and doesn't feel like it's going to buckle under the weight of larger people (like myself).

It's got a sleek, elegant look to it. Unlike a cheap folding stool or chair, when you bring this out on a shoot it seems like a carefully planned and considerate move instead of an afterthought. That goes a long way in the minds of clients and subjects alike.

The thing I love about this bench the most is that the legs can fit inside the storage area. That means I can travel with it, without taking up too much space. You can go from broken down to assembled in less than 3 minutes.

All in all, I'm glad this bench is in my toolkit and I know I'm going to get tons of use out of it in the future. Now all I have to do is learn how to play the piano.
