Avid Media Composer NewsCutter 20-Pack Licensefrom Avid Media Composer NewsCutter 20-Pack Licenseis a 20 pack of floating licenses to add the functionality of the NRCS Tool, previously found in the now discontinued NewsCutter, to Media Composer for Windows. This license is for use with Avid Floating License Server and requires that you supply 20 client licenses to retire when purchasing.

The NRCS Tool opens an iNEWS or ENPS interactive session within Media Composer. With this, editors can view rundowns and scripts and edit video to scripts by dropping selected or pre-selected (based on locaters created in iNEWS) text directly to the timeline. Clips are pre-timed to the reporter's read rate. The NRCS Tool is designed to improve, simplify, and speed up story creation between journalist and editor, and features full functionality with Asian-language scripts. Additionally, it allows you to send mail within iNEWS workgroups.

A: The OP/TECH USA Media Holster fits on the Peak Design Slide Lite Strap whereas the Peak Design Slide Strap and Leash do not fit.

[20 Users ] This is a nice addition to the Lensbaby swappable optics lineup and complements the Sweet 35 and Edge 80. It is nice to have aperture controls built into the lens. Quality is very good. 5

[Download] This is a direct replacement for an Avid S3 fader. Very simple to replace, though it didn't include any documentation. Take the cap off the bad fader and remove the 2 screws holding it in. Turn the S3 over Be especially careful when you turn the S3 over to access the rear plate. I folded a clean bath towel over several times and gently placed it on to work on. Unscrew and remove the bottom plate, you may need to pry the plate slightly with a thin tool, take out the loose fader, gently unplug it, plug the new one in. I recommend screwing it in from the top before you replace the bottom plate. then reverse disassembly. When you power it up it the new fader should now be working. 5

[Download] I use my Sweet 50 on a Scout body to do tabletop photography and have tried both #1 and #2 close up lenses with it for close work. Both combinations work well. I like the Sweet 35 also but the 50 gives me better separation from the b'ground. With the manual focus magnifier of my Pentax K-3 it works great. 5

[20 Users ] I already own the Lensbaby Composer Pro with Sweet 35 and Edge 80 Optics. It took some practice and getting used to; but once I did, I had a lot of fun with these lenses and took some great portraits with them. I was excited to hear about the Sweet 50, as it's a great portrait focal length, especially for those with APS-C cameras like I have, so added it to my collection.Remember, this lens is completely manual, so you may need to dial-in the focal length and aperture into your camera's menu settings so they they are recorded in the resulting file's metadata; and/or carefully watch the manual focus and exposure cues in your viewfinder/LCD display. The key is to slow down.But get those right, and the results are some lovely, narrow sweet spot focus (depth of field) with deliciously smooth bokeh falling away from it. It's not in the same league as the far more expensive prime lenses out there: there are some amazing pieces of glass that can do this too. But tilt the Lensbaby lens around and things really get fun, with different areas/planes of focus with some diorama effects. 5
