[Black] Great shock mount that completely eliminates handling noise. Easy to position on the horizontal 15mm rod already on the FX9/FS7, or to attach to any other 15mm mounting point.

[Black] I was looking for a boom arm setup specifically dedicated to place a small light on, when I discovered this pivot clamp. Already owning a mic boom, this clamp enables me to use something I already have on hand to put a light up high if I want or need to.
A sand bag provides ballast, and the whole setup works well for my purposes.

By using this, I have no need to spend a few hundred on a dedicated setup. I can now use gear I already have on hand to get the job done.

[Black] I purchased 3 clamps for use in my studio. I am located an hour away from Toronto Canada. Delivery was fast only a few days. Even with the exchange rate on our dollar still well worth it. Very well made and sturdy to handle most lights and softboxes. My only regret I should have got them years ago. I made do with cheap plastic clamps. would definitely recommend them.

[Black] With all of the camera cages and focus follow gear available this was the only clamp I could find of this style at a reasonable price. The first one was a perfect solution so I am ordering more.

[Black] Much stronger and more stable than the plastic ones.
I have it holding a 12' boom pole with counterweight.
I didn't trust the plastic one with a high dollar shotgun mic, out over someone head.
Fiberboard insert is removable so you can use a slightly larger pole than stated.

[Black] Somehow lost one of the rods of my octa, and it turns out a septa is a really lousy replacement -- ordered this rod replacement kit, and the octa is as good as new! It was a special order so it took a while, which is a shame since I couldn't find this kit offered anywhere else in the US and I can't be the only one who's ever been in this predicament. Very pleased when it finally arrived though!

[Black] Great unit, but I had to mold half of a pvc tube to the outside of the boom and inside of the clamp to fit my boom ... I suppose professional booms are of standard size and will fit well, but mine is more of an amateur boom and needs some sort of liner to clamp well.� No issues other than fit ... it works great!� Very fast delivery, too!
