[USB-C ] higly compatible, just plug and play

[Mac, Windows] This is a very well-designed keyboard, especially for those who have a hard time seeing the keys. The size of the letters and keys also makes this keyboard more accurate and the Hot Key section is very handy. It is plug-and-play and altogether the best computer keyboard if have seen since the 1990's.

[USB-C ] Good compact keyboard, except that the various peripheral buttons don't have empty space around them, so you can't easily feel where the arrow-buttons etc. are. It also doesn't have the number pad (although you can use the FN (function) button for math functions).
So if you want a portable keyboard -- which has both full-sized keys and is compact in its total size, such as if you travel or just want more space on you desk, it is a good choice. It may also be easier than typing on a laptop keyboard - even if that is full sized, because with this you can move it around more easily, so it is a good option. The keys type well. The built in mouse is handy, but you may want a real mouse, still.

[Mac, Windows] Looks great feels great and works great. The keys don't glow in the dark, I didn't expect them to, but I mention it because luminous (used in the product's description) is a word that's not very specific according to the dictionary.

[USB-C ] This is an awesome product, perfect for a rack drawer! The keys have a delightful feel, as does the trackball and its two buttons. In a rack drawer, there is enough room to the right (or left) of the keyboard for a powered USB hub and/or other accessories.

[Mac, Windows] This is full size keyboard - exactly the same as any normal keyboard - minus the number pad and arrow/misc. keys that have a separate section to the right of the keyboard. Also, the back-space key is a bit smaller than usual, but no big deal.


I got this so that I can have the mouse right close by. Having the extra sections of keys on the right forces me to have to stretch my arm and shoulder further out to use the mouse and this caused me pain in my shoulder. For most people this is not an issue, but is for me.


Bottom line: If having a number pad and/or a separate section for the arrow/misc. key on the right is not important to you, then this is a great option for a full size keyboard that takes up less room.

[USB-C ] Keep in mind, you don't buy a mini-keyboard for extensive word processing or the like. These are for space-saving use. That in mind, the keyboard has a decent action and feel and fits my field recording needs perfectly (it is one of the few mini PS2-compatible keyboards that will work with the Tascam HS-P82 for entering metadata/naming files and so on). It fits on my sound cart and looks like it was made for the Tascam field recorder in terms of color and appearance. Sure, some of the keys on a full-size keyboard are smaller or missing altogether, but be reasonable folks - this is the cost of having a convenient mini keyboard that you can pack into your small gear bag when you hit the road. It works well, has a small footprint, and it doesn't cost all that much. High marks for that.

[Black] replaces a keyboard where the legens wore off. These legends are big and look like they'll last.

[Mac, Windows] I've pretty much used a well-known system's keyboards. This unit had more perks, wireless non-blutooth, and a small touch pad for added convenience. I am hoping it will also display greater durability and functionality.
