Q: 1. Hello, I have an Olympus OMD-EM5 with PT-EP08 uw housing. I want to use a micro 4/3 Lumix G 8mm fisheye. Is this port the correct port to use ? And is the port compatible with this lense ? If so, what will be needed in addition to the PPO-EP02 ?

A: Unfortunately Olympus has never tested the PT-EP08 with the Lumix G8MM fisheye so We cannot answer if this will fit and work properly

Q: 2. I have the E-Mount version. How could I change it to L mount? if Micro 4/3 Mount for Fuji MK Lens available why not to L mount? Micro 4/3 Flange focal distance 19.25 mm L mount Flange focal distance 20 mm

A: We are not aware of an option to check the E-mount lenses to L-Mount. This is only available to change to MFT mount.

Q: 3. Can I use this extension tube on my Panasonic GH3?

A: Unfortunately, the Olympus EX-25 Extension Tube is not compatible with the Panasonic GH3. The GH3 has the micro four thirds mount, while the EX-25 has the four thirds mount, which are different mounts. For the GH3, you could use any of the extension tubes for micro four thirds cameras on the following link. http://bhpho.to/1cqhXir

Q: 4. Does this support sony full frame lenses? It doesn't have sony lenses in the lens port chart.

A: Yes, the Ikelite DL 50mm Port Extension may be used with Sony lenses. However, it may be more advantageous for you to contact us with the specific lenses you plan to use rather than to see if a single port can be used with a large range of full-frame lenses. If you can either e-mail us at askbh@bhphoto.com or contact Ikelite directly at ikelite@ikelite.com with the brand/model of the Sony E-mount lens you wish to use, and we can assist you with the correct accessories compatible for use with your specific lens options.

Q: 5. with a d800, 105 lens, what else do you need with this? any other port extension

A: You will need to add the Aquatica Port Extension. Right now the lens has to be used autofocus only. Aquatica is working on a set of focus rings that are compatible with that port.

Q: 6. Can this or other extension sets be used with the Nikon negative/ slide copy unit on the Z 100mm 2.8 mc lens?

A: The Kenko Auto Extension Tube Set for Nikon Z Lenses is compatible with the Nikon NIKKOR Z MC 105mm f/2.8 VR S Macro Lens (Nikon Z). However, if you want to use this with the Nikon ES-1 Slide Copying Adapter, it might not work because the ES-1 is designed to be used with a 60mm lens.

Q: 7. Fuji MK lens to canon eos r mount it possible?

A: This is for MFT mount, it will not work with the EOS R mount.

Q: 8. How many millimeters of extra distance does this push out the filter holder from the filter ring of the lens? I realize the height of this is 11.4mm, but the amount of extension will of course be less. Thanks!

A: The Cokin 72mm Extension Ring increase the distance beween th lens and the filter holder for 5mm. You can stack multiple rings until you get the distance needed for your composition.

A: The Olympus DR-79 Decoration Ring is not compatible with the OM SYSTEM M.Zuiko Digital ED 40-150mm f/2.8 PRO Lens. It is compatible with the M.Zuiko Digital ED 100-400mm f/5-6.3 IS lens and the M.Zuiko Digital ED 300mm f/4 IS PRO lens.

Q: 10. how much boring lub do you get?

[0.6 lb] Very well machined, with a beautiful matte black finish. Works as advertised, allowing me to use 58mm filters from another lens on a 55mm diameter lens. Only caveat is that my slim circular polarizer is a bit tricky to get off, since by the time I have used it for a day of shooting, the threads are fairly tightly seated.

[2.3" (58 mm)] Even though $20.00 sounds like a steep price, I bought a 9+ used Sensei to use until this one arrived backordered. The difference is HIGHLY recomended if you don't want to unscrew your Protection Lens etc.. The difference between the two is simply unexplainable. Well worth the expense for serious trial and error photography. I used this for my B+W Rubber Hood, to alleviate Vignetting on my Nikon D3500 55mm Kit Lens. Perfect.

[Bayonet] This is a very simple accessory and my requirement is that it only has to be of strong construction so it doesn't break and fit firmly and perfectly. It does.

[2.3" (58 mm)] I bought this better quality ring because I wanted to use it to mount a heavy teleconverter. Earlier I bought a cheap one for a lighter use. It works but is not as well made and does not have the smooth feel of the B+W.

[0.6 lb] I like the fact the option diopter attachment locks on, vs the previous version. Also built on secure clip and smaller diameter

[2.3" (58 mm)] I purchased only the +10 lense with the adapter. The optics are excellent and the adapter is very convenient, as it can stay on the port ,while the lense is in your bc pocket. If needed, the 67 mm thread fits any inon lense caddy ! A very functional design !

[Bayonet] I had a lot of Leica R lens that were just sitting around for years not being used,so I bought an Olympus OMD-5 so that I could possibly use the Leica lens with an adapter. There is manual focusing only, but the images are tack sharp. The color reproduction is what Leica is noted for. The only con,to me, is there is no built in indicator to indicate that you have the correct focus. This can slow you down. The quality is more than I expected. Do not get rid of your old Leica lens just because Leica has abandoned us. Technology has moved to where we can now use these lens on today's cameras with the new adapters. The quality of this is adapter equal to the quality of the Leica lens which means that you have a quality match.

[0.6 lb] I bought this to attach a 58mm circular polarizer to my 55mm lens. It works GREAT! I'm so glad I can use my polarizer with both lenses for such an affordable price.
