This ZEISS 3-12x44 Conquest V4 Riflescope with Z-Plex Reticleis engineered for hunting and shooting at longer ranges and in low-light conditions. While its 3-12x magnification allows you to zoom in on distant targets, the 44mm objective lens gathers sufficient light to deliver bright and high-contrast images. The optical system is outfitted with precision elements made from high-definition optical glass and treated with T* multicoating, which produce a total light transmission of 90%. The exterior lenses are also treated with proprietary LotuTec hydrophobic coatings that shed droplets from the lens surfaces and can be wiped without visible traces. For accuracy and precision with placing shots, the scope is equipped with a non-illuminated Z-Plex Reticle 20 in the second focal plane and features four tapered posts with a thin crosshair. It is recommended for long-range shooting in daylight. The scope is designed to be parallax error-free at 100 yards.

The aluminum housing is crafted with strength, durability, and precision in mind. It has a 30mm maintube and is waterproof, nitrogen-filled fog resistant, and submersible. The external elevation turret includes the ZEISS Ballistic Stop feature to ensure an absolute and positive return to zero under any conditions.

Q: 4. Does it fit the Zeiss 10x42 Victory T* FL? - is it the same cordura case that came in with those binoculars when new?

A: So I compared the sizes of the two Binoculars. The Victory Pair that you have are 6.8 x 4.9", and the Conquest Models are 6.5 x 4.7". So I believe this case would work with the Pair that you have. You might just have to screw the eyecup's down with the covers on top. However this case should work.

[Aluminum] This scope is the best scope I ever owned. It's perfect for long-range target shooting as well as for hunting. Use it on my Winchester 70 Alaskan .375 H&H. It's an outstanding scope and I really like the illumination and reticle.

[3 to 12x] I added this scope to one of my Ruger 10/22 builds and absolutely love it.

[-3.0 to +2.0] Mounted on a Winchester model 70 chambered in 270. Nothing in this price point has this kind of clarity.

[3 to 12x] Overall this a very well designed scope. I was somewhat disappointed that it was made in Japan instead of in Germany. My only complaint with this scope is the windage, elevation and parallax turrets. The windage and elevation turrets lack an easily resettable zero feature. The turret cap must be removed in order to set your zero. The parallex turret lacks yardage markings. There are only rectangular shaped markings on the turret cap. When I contacted Zeiss about this their reply was Just change the setting on the parallax turret until the distortion goes away. IMO this is a very poor design for a riflescope that costs $1250.00. I want yardage indicators with numerical values that make the parallax easy to set. I also want easy reset to zero turrets. Set windage an elevation, lift the turret cap and reposition it to the zero indicator on the turret cap. Easy, except at Zeiss. The glass is exceptionally clear and the images are sharp. Other than the Parallax adjustment and windage and elevation turret adjustments, this is a very nice riflescope.

[3 to 12x] Best tracking scope for the money.
It responds well and holds real tight groups while tracking around paper.

[44 mm] I replaced a Leupold VX3 with this. I like the roughly 10yrds more of field of view at 4 power. The glass is clear from 4x all the way to 16x and the zoom ring is super smooth. The exposed elevation turret seemed a little large at first but is growing on me and is very easy to use/set new 0. Over all I'm very happy with the scope and think it will last many years. Only thing I'd like to see is it come with flip up caps instead of the rubber band caps.

[3 to 12x] Mounted on my Rem 700 CDL in 7mm-08. Wanted a precise scope in 50-100 yards for shooting turkeys with neck shots. Addresses the requirement. Nice and clear, plenty of light. I am sure it is more than adequate for more distance, but this is what I bought it for. Good eye relief. Totally satisfied.

[-3.0 to +2.0] I bought this to go on a 22 magnum rifle. It is very clear and bright. The bullet drop marks are a added bonus and work to adjust impact at extended ranges. They held true for me out to 400 yards. I’m impressed.
