They are hard thick plastic and would definitely stand up to both heat or cold environments in the garage or even in slight exposure outdoors. Solid locking mechanisms that will keep the contents nearly air tight. I definitely recommend these if you're looking for a 19Q storage bin.

In that time we have had several days of high winds and the fine dust that comes with them. These boxes have been outstanding at keeping the dirt and dust outside of them and everything inside clean. The lids lock in place keeping them tightly sealed and they stack securely on top of each other. I am going to be picking up more of these and replacing all my old bins with these boxes.

The plastic is sturdy and not flimsy. The case is frosted to give some privacy if needed. The box is big enough to hold at least 15 books

Stackable and easy to label for making finding what you need easy. The plastic doesn't feel cheap and flimsy and the locking mechanism may be plastic as well but doesn't budge that easy.

They are not too large so the containers are not too heavy when packed full of heavy items. These are well made and last for many years.

I was able to store all of my out of season items in my home and keep them in the garage with no damage at all. They fit a lot of items for their quart size and they all sit and stack with ease. The lids are sealed with a foam strip inside that keep them sealed tightly. The four clasps per bin close really tight and also seal the bins tightly as well. They are easy to move around in the garage and house. Many uses for these bins.

They are weatherproof which makes me feel more confident storing things that may be more effected by possible rain. They are the perfect size to use and store anywhere! I even threw one in my car to help organize the bags things in my trunk.
