This 52mm B+W MRC Nano 714 Graduated ND Filter 52mm 4-Stopfrom B+W MRC Nano 714 Graduated ND Filter 52mm 4-Stopdarkens specific areas of an image, such as bright skies, while allowing for a normal, unaffected exposure in the other regions of the image. Equipped with a brass rotating mount, precise positioning of gradation is afforded. A: no it will NOT work for canon Cine cameras the protocols are different, this is designed for the Panasonic lumix (photo) camera protocol no LANC

Q: 10. I cannot make this work. Do I need to enable anything in the camera? I simply connected the cable to Nano Motor, and the other side to GH5S. Pressing REC is transmitted from the wheel the to motor, but nothing happens in the camera. Not sure what to think. What might be wrong?

A: It should work by just plugging into the camera. If not, this could be a faulty cable. I would recommend getting a replacement.

[Glass] I love dabbling in landscape photography, living out here in Montana, but the sky was always really dull in comparison and it's horribly frustrating. I finally bunkered down and got this filter, and I haven't looked back. I can finally get the clarity in the clouds that I want while not having to underexpose the mountains. This is a great little tool to carry around on just about any expedition -- you never know when it will come in handy, and for what! The threads on this seem different than other filters I've used, which makes it difficult to get on at first, but once it is on, it stays put and doesn't budge. Very solidly built. 5

[Brass] I purchased this filter after extensive research. Tiffen HT is made out of the best quality multi-coated glass. I was surprised that most grad ND filters are plastic or regular glass. The first one I received had some spots on the coating noticeable only when you look at it at the right angle and when I tried to clean them they become worse. The spots were like an oil spill over water but they did not show on the photos. I am not sure if the coating of the product was defective or I did not know how to clean the filter. I called Tiffen and they immediately offered me to exchange it...The second filter arrived in a couple of days, it was spot-free and so far I am happy with the results. This filter is great for shooting sunrises of sunsets over the ocean or over the land when the horizon is a straight line. I find the turning of the filter during mounting a bit difficult because the outer ring of the filter is designed to turn and the tread is on the inner ring, but I guess you could get used to it as you practice more. This is a great filter and it is worth the premium price because without it is impossible to get the same results. 5

[Brass] This filter is just right. There's a built in 3 stop filter in my Fuji X100F so adding this one gives me 10. And being made of Brass it's always super easy to unscrew from my lens after using it. Glad I bought this one. 5
