[1] Ill start out by saying that I love this film. It is the least expensive 120 color negative film on the market. Colors are fantastic and grain is very fine. Ive shot countless rolls of this and consider it to be my primary 120 film.

I contacted Lomography directly, as I was curious as to what this film really is. Lomography was able to confirm for me that all of their 120 color negative films is simply Kodak Gold / Kodak Ultramax that has been cut to size from a master roll.

This makes sense, as the color profile of this film matches Kodak Ultramax 400 identically. So, when shooting this film, you can breathe easy knowing that youre shooting fresh Kodak film.

[0.09 lb] Nice way to add some variety and mix up what you shoot. For the price its worth buying a few rolls and seeing what you get. Lots of contrast and nice fine grain.

[400] I started using this film at the recommendation of my NYC pro lab. I couldn't be happier with it. Very accurate colors and tones. VERY sharp. Easy to scan. Easy to load. It is at the top, along with Porta.

[1] I bought this film to try it out at a beach photoshoot since per roll it's cheaper than portra 400. I was supremely surprised to find out that several of the lomo 400 photos were indistinguishable from my portra 400 photos. The only major difference is that lomo 400 tends to have a warmer tone in the negative. Even then, it's easy to correct when scanning or in a darkroom.

[400] The Cinestill 400d delivered great colors in the morning hours, it doesn’t have the blue like 800T but still has the halation on look to it.

[1] New backing paper is smoother and more visible now that it is brighter. The film is reasonably priced with decent reciprocity. I'll be buying more.

[120] I just bought a 120 color film for my Diana F+ and I love it. I went to a couple of stores near my home to compare prices and they were selling one roll for $7 and I got 3 rolls from B&H for about $. I love B&H and the prices are unbeatable!
