[Black] If you have a Hohem iSteady V2 with AI, this remote is a must have. You can control all gimbal movements, take photo and vids, and switch mode from far. I was looking for something like this, since I use extender and every time I have to do something I have to lower it down and click the buttons. Super please with this one! 5

[Black] Unit interfaces nicely with iPhone XR. App functionality work like it should. Battery for Gimbal lasted all day on a full charge. Phone clip holder is strong. the base removes so you can attach to a monopod, or other plate. 5

[Black] I am new to making movies with my iPhone and I wanted something that would improve the quality over shooting handheld. The Hohem iSteady X2 Smartphone Gimbal fit the bill. It is priced right, easy to use, easy to get started with and performs great. I don't use it every day when I do I never have a problem with it. I would recommend it to anyone looking to start using a gimbal with their smartphone. It does an excellent job. 5

[Black] Light weight and the remote is the key to making this accessory worth it. Keeping the weight down is vital when you need to operate the gimbal for extended periods, especially when it is extended from your body. As such I strongly prefer using this over a monopod. The device does not extend far, but it's enough to operate the gimbal upside down and walk with it such that the gimbal is almost touching the ground. The remote is extremely useful - just be sure to remember to power it off each time. The only downside is that the instructions are poorly written, obviously being poorly translated into English. Moreover, the text in the instructions is too small. 5
