A: I've been running mine for several months on Windows 10, both 32- and 64-bit versions and have not experienced any issues.

A: As with any other software that is allowed on 2 PCs, download from Adobe on one PC and activate, then download on the second and activate. There should not be a problem. Use the code and directions provided by B&H or whoever you purchased the subscription plan from.

[12 Months] This is my first ever radar camera installed at home. So far it has been detecting motions accurately. It seems very responsive. The battery seems to last for long and I can plug it directly to the outlet or a solar panel. The app is pretty easy to understand. I will definitely buy more in the future! 5

[12 Months] Cameras work great have problem with cameras making connection with I phone had wi fi checked called Speco up no one can tell me why when I shut the phone off then turn it back on the cameras work Then when I go to check later all I get are circles rotating with no connection 5

[12 Months] I am delighted with my purchase of this camera. The camera's light is super bright, allowing you to see effectively at night. A 26-foot extension wire for the camera is included, and it can be extended if needed. The Toucan Smart Home App is simple to use, and the camera is easy to set up. You will receive accurate notifications due to their latest motion technology using radar detection. The Toucan Smart Home App is free to use, and if you choose to subscribe, the cost is pretty reasonable. I would suggest it to anyone considering securing their home. Overall, I am quite a happy camper! 5

[12 Months] Price was much lower than other websites. Its a really good quality camera for the money. Keep in mind that only certain types of NVR's are compatible with fisheye video feeds. 5

[12 Months] I have had 3 different NVRs. The other ones were from Geovision. Their first NVR worked well for about 6 years. The second one was thrown in the trash. The ENR-020P was relatively easy to configure, including the interface to other vendor's cameras. I had to play around with the encoding settings a little but this thing works. I like the UI. Keep in mind that I can't comment on reliability as I have only had it for a month or so - but I now have all my cameras displaying - which sometimes is a major problem if you have cameras from multiple vendors. 5
