A: As long as you have updated to iPad iOS or iOS 13 you should be able to view the movie. With the update the c port will allow all ports of hyperdrive to be used at once for the same kind of connection you would make to a laptop (except it is not a lighting port so it cannot handle external drives made for that high speed connection -- however, usb c gen 2 are no problem). If you are continuing to have issues after update, try going to your file app and copying the movie to the iPad before playing.

[100 W] I got this as a backup charger to my travel charger for my M1 Macbook Pro while it was on special for $39. To be honest I wasn't expecting it to work, but it does, and works very well - I've been using it this entire trip and very happily. My travel charger, meanwhile, is charging other devices....
