A: there is a light sensor in the main promodule unit. the other piece is the IR module for ustilizing a wide ir beam to trigger. the sensitivity is adjustable for both light and sound as well as a built in delay of shutter release. To connect to either of those cameras there are two options, hard wire connection of pro module to camera utilizing the HL capcord set. or if you purchase the HL -CAPTUR C you then have wireless connection. Q: 2. Can you connect a Midas DL152 to DL151 to make a digital snake?

A: Unfortunately you cannot daisy chain the Midas DL15x series of I O boxes. The DL15x is intended to be directly connected to the Midas DL371 via the AES50 ports. The DL16 and DL32 IO boxes can be daisy-chained when used with the Midas M32 or Behringer X32 consoles. I have attached these various products for clarification purposes. Q: 3. For sound triggering, can you adjust the sensitivity of this device? Also, can you set it to delay the shutter release after it detects the sound? If so, for how long and what increments? Thanks.

A: I have only used the Captur Pro once while target shooting so far but I intend to do so more often. I had some confusion about the sensitivity but that was more not reading the directions carefully first. The lower the number the less sensitive the unit will be and I needed to make sensitivity number very low to react only to the sound of discharge and not wind noise (it happened to be a very windy day and it took a while to get the right setting to compensate for wind moving over the unit). I don't remember exactly the delay setting I used but it was around one or two milliseconds. You will have to play with the timing. The movement of the slide mechanism is very fast but I was able to capture images of spent cartridges being discharged from the pistol. As a side note I also use the unit as a remote for my Canon 60D. The button between the Lock and the Start/Stop buttons is the remote trigger. Hold halfway and it focuses, press all the way down and activates the shutter. Also, as a bonus it works with my old Canon 20D. You have to order the cords separately but they are not very expensive. The other option is to order the remote controllers but I decided not to do that just yet. Hope this helps.

A: Incase you haven't gotten an answer or others looking for a straight answer. No they do not work with DigiBees. I tried it personally myself with no luck.

A: The beam width from the transmitter varies depending on the power setting and the distance to the receiver.For example, if the distance to the receiver is about 20 feet and the transmitter power is at high, the angle of width is about 30 degrees. Closer it is wider. On the low setting, it is about 10 degrees or less. Aiming it is not an issue. As for breaking the beam, it is a very narrow zone like less than 1 degree in each direction. Basically, the subject has to break line of sight between the transmitter and receiver.

A: Unfortunately, we do not carry the CE frequency triggers. All of the Pocket Wizard transmitters and receivers we sell are made with frequencies for the USA market. We do not offer any Pocket Wizard (or related products) with the European frequency.
