A: Your 10X40's will fit in the Conquest HD case. I would not recommend the Hard Terra Case.

A: It is a bit short, even for the old Zeiss binoculars that I have.

A: So I checked our stock, and you are correct. There is no way to thread this model in between the barrels of those binoculars. I checked other competitor's, and they have this same model stating the same specifications. This looks like a mix up with the Manufacturer. My apologies for that. A: Unfortunately Zeiss does not sell the stud separately for the ZEISS Tripod Adapter for Conquest HD and Terra ED Binoculars.

A: Yes. The ZEISS Cordura Case for Conquest HD 32mm and Terra ED 32mm Binoculars will fit the binoculars and the strap.

[-4 to +4] While shopping for mid priced 15/56 binoculars, I narrowed the list down to four models: Zeiss Conquest HD, Nikon Monarch 5, Steiner HX, and Vortex Kaibab. I read all reviews and viewed all You-Tube videos I could find. Since I did not physically examine any of the binocular models, my decision to buy the Zeiss was subjective. I chose Zeiss because I already have the Zeiss 10/40 ABK's, which are excellent. I also have an array of Zeiss 35MM lenses which are all excellent. The Zeiss Conquest HD binoculars will not disappoint. I can see people in boats on S.F. Bay three miles away drinking beer. During twilight hours, I can see more clearly with the binoculars than with my telephoto lenses. Beautiful product. 5

[15x] I purchased these binoculars to use primarily for hunting. I have used them in a handful of different states and varying terrain and have zero complaints. They are built like a tank and the glass is exceptional, providing edge to edge clarity and great performance in low light conditions. The tripod adaptor that is included is great as well. I have used the binoculars on a tripod and a window mount. You could hand hold them as well, but if you want to get the best performance from them a tripod is a must. These bins are a game changer if you spend lots of time behind your optics! 5

[-4 to +4] The optics is Zeiss's excellent standard. It is very bright and the magnification is so good. The tripod adaptor is critical and when mounted, it is so comfortable to view with it for an extended period. The price to value is very good, it is something to keep forever... 5

[Roof] This pair of binoculars is phenomenal. I purchased them to maximize my low light viewing for hunting, fishing, and bird watching and they have exceeded my expectations. My deer hunting does not involve super long distances so the 8X magnification is perfect. The binoculars are also amazing in bright light. You will not be disappointed for whatever use you can imagine for them. 5

[3.7 mm] I'm using these binoculars exclusively for stargazing. Stars and planets are wobbly when the binoculars are hand held, but when mounted on a monopod (or tripod) using a good ball head, the image is rock steady and beautiful. Images easily pop into focus. The 56mm objective lenses make for a much brighter image. Compared to my 10x42 Leica binoculars, deep sky objects are far easier to detect and are rendered with much greater detail. These are great binoculars at a reasonable price -- and you get a tripod adapter as a standard accessory. 5

[56 mm] Ive been a Zeiss user for the past few decades, and Ive come to have high expectations for all Zeiss products. These binoculars met the expectations. To my eyes, the quality of the glass is second to none which is particularly impressive given they are not at the top of the price point for binos in this category. There are a few minor things that will take a tiny bit of getting used to: eye relief isnt quite as long as Id expected given the advertised specs so even without eyeglasses I find that I need to have the eyecups tightened all the way down to get the eye relief right. With these set on a tripod (with the adapter included in the box...huge bonus!!!) I am creeping up just a bit closer than Id like, and bumping the binos which cause me to lose some of the stability of glassing off a tripod in the first place. Doesnt impact my rating, other binos that Ive used have the same amount (or less). Weight and size is a tad more than other comparable binos, but only marginally more. Same quality of manufacture of all Zeiss products. And did I mention that including the tripod adapter with the binos is a $150 bonus compared to the others in this category?? Great bino at a great price. 5
