This raven black Right Rosette Rib for PYXIS Cage System from Kondor Blue is designed for versatility and features an integrated ARRI-style 60-tooth rosette with an M6 mounting standard, a NATO rail with a safety pin, and multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 anti-twist mounts. The unit can be attached to either end of the PYXIS camera and can even be inverted to position the rosette at the bottom, making it ideal for setting up extension arms and grips for shoulder rigs and Easy Rig configurations. The Rosette Rib is compatible with drop-in filter lens adapters such as the MOFAGE Poco and Breakthrough Photography DFM adapters.

[Cage] Excellent piece of hardware. My only criticism is that I wish it was quicker to attach and remove from a camera cage for rebuilds. But that might compromise it's integrity and am ok with that for now. 5

[0.31 lb] Great cage for the price, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering a cage for their Canon R,R6 or R5! The Kondor Blue cage fits my R5 perfectly and allows for almost any mounting configurations neatly and without allot of hassle. The top handle breaks down and builds back up in seconds with the nato rail system. The remote trigger works flawlessly once you set the shutter button to start recording video on a full press. The cage was shipped to South Africa via DHL and I have no complaints there. 5

[0.31 lb] I could be wrong about this, others are prone to disagree, but it gets complicated. This was purchased to complement the Kondor Blue 501 Adjustable Baseplate. Without this piece of nicely machined, symmetrical alloy, spring releases on both ends, there isn't a large flat surface on the Baseplate to attach directly to any other surface. The Dovetail fits nicely into the Baseplate. Dandy. With some platforms that might well be sufficient. However, most tripod heads and surface mounts have their own dovetail receptacle which require yet another dovetail plate. What you end up with is plates mounted back to back, or more accurately: front to front. Or am I missing something? One minor annoyance: my two plates front to front were not thick enough for the length of a standard ¼-20 camera attachment screw. The end of the screws impede the free sliding of the baseplate along the dovetail. Had to add a bit of spacer between the two dovetails. I know- clear as mud. But there you have it. 5

[0.31 lb] This inexpensive piece attaches via a 1/4 20” and saves you the need to hold that extra gear. Mounting the cold shoe plate to the side of your camera or gear cage is like having another arm, and saves you from a jumbled mess. For $10, this is a must have for folks who use cold shoe mounts daily. 5
