TransientControl uses envelope detectors to separate what is transient (attack) and what is sustain, enabling you to manipulate them independently to boost or cut the desired section of audio. The plug-in operates in real time without latency, ideal for mixing and live-sound applications.

Q: 2. Does Pelican 1450 will be big enough to fit the Halo Solo Complete bundle with couple extra Canon LP-E6 batteries and can i fit in this case a handheld micro remote controller? Or i will need a bigger case like Pelican 1520?Or even that case will not be enough to fit all stuff i mentioned above?

Q: 3. ¿it is compatible whit the ronin s?

A: Yes it is. The Ronin-S is compatible with this handle unit.

Q: 4. Is the attachment point locked down solid with that screw? I am wondering if the attachment point plays "ring around the rosie" when you hold a Crane or Ronin S right side up and the force of gravity wants to pull it inverted. I had some problems with a different handle where the attachment point wasn't locked and almost knocked my camera on something.

A: This is lighter weight

Q: 6. Is this track subjects only who are directly in front of the Halo Solo?

A: The Halo Explorer is a range finder that will keep the subject it is aiming at in focus. The subject will have to be in front of this unit to be in focus.

Q: 7. What is the shaft diameter on the Halo? Will it work with Elinchrom Quadra heads?

A: The shaft size is 8mm

Q: 8. Would it be possible to use this with a Ronin-S in a primarily right side up scenario instead of the displayed 'low mode' and use an Easyrig to hold it between where the two feet are?

A: Not that we are aware of. This system is designed to hold the gimbal in an under-slung position only.

Q: 9. I plan to use this with Alien Bees or Nikon SB-900. Do I need to buy extra mount to use with?

A: Dzung, The Halo will mount to the Umbrella receptacle on your Alien Bee. For the SB-900 you will need a speedlight adapter like the Westcott Adjustable Shoe Mount Speedlite Bracket #5015.

I was in a hurry to meet a deadline and Element 3D has been hands down the fastest most efficient way bring 3D objects into After Effects and create 3D scenes to composite into your videos. The ability to drag .obj files into After Effects is huge and the speed at which the program functions is incredible. I've been editing off a laptop with 16G RAM and a NVIDIA 1050 3G graphics card with After Effects CC 2020 and moving around my scene in the 3D viewer is instantly responsive without any lag or dip in resolution during camera rotation. 5

[Download] Metric Halo is a bit of a niche, but it's well worth investing in. The preamps and conversion are so dead clean I don't think about anything other than microphones and placement; they are right on par with Merging Technologies' hardware at a much more approachable price point. The expandability to the EdgeCard slot is both part of their trademark future-proofing philosophy and also just really flexible to have in an interface. I have one unit fitted with a MADI card, and the other with ADAT so my options to combine with other interfaces is huge (right now I'm also using RME, which is secondary in preamp and A/D/A quality, in my opinion, to these boxes). Combining the two interfaces with the proprietary MHLink is a breeze for lightning fast setups, though I would like to see compatibility with a more universal network audio format like Dante or AES67. And as icing on the cake, these boxes are capable of becoming full digital consoles, so in the rare event that I have to run live sound, I can hook up some faders to my laptop and route things in MiOConsole to become a fully functional console as well as a rock solid recording interface. 5

[Download] Video Copilot's element 3d is a great plugin. It allows me to bring my objects that I have modeled in Lightwave, into After effects. This has helped speed up production, because I don't have to render out the scene first. I can take my model straight into After Effects and then render my scene. All in After Effects. 5
