The Vivitek D98-0912 Ultra-Wide Zoom Lens provides a 0.9 to 1.2:1 throw ratio for the DU9800Z-BK and DU9900Z-BK projectors. The short throw ratio makes it capable of filling a 20' wide screen area from 18 to 24' away. Designed for large-venue and professional applications, this heavy-duty lens is lightweight and sealed against dust and moisture. The D98-0912 installs easily and supports powered zoom, focus, and lens shift.

A: This is only designed for the Sony FE 28mm f/2 lens.

Q: 5. Can I attach a filter to the 16mm lens and then attach the adapter?

A: It is not possible to attach a filter to the 16mm lens and then attach the adapter because the adapter uses a bayonet mount that is built into the lens. It is also not possible to mount a filter onto the adapter (you may already know this). Bottom line - no filters with this combination. However, the quality of the image with the adapter is actually better than with the 16mm lens alone.

[f/2.2 to 2.53] This was a purchase for a performing arts organization to use in a NEC PA622U. This lens has a large zoom range which makes it a great addition to any inventory. Now I can worry less about how near or far the projector is from the projection screen/surface and let the lens zoom in and out to fit the situation. 5

[0.9 to 1.2:1] This table mount is used for my Epson short throw, interactive projector. It is well built in fact a little on the heavy side which for me is good because I'm trusting that it will safely and securely hold my projector. I don't want to worry about the mount and the projector tumbling to the floor so this is the right tool for the job! 5

[0.9 to 1.2:1] Works great. Decent wide open but gets better as you stop it down. I mainly used it on my a7sii for wide shots on a gimbal. The fact that i have essentially a 21mm auto focus lens made it worth it. 5

[0.9 to 1.2:1] 18mm is a fun lens to shoot with on a full frame sensor. It's very versatile in architecture and outdoor scenarios, it has a very immersive feeling when moving in video. The focus is fast and accurate on the S5iix, and it is lightweight and truly a pleasure to use. 5

[Yes] Just replaced the original bulb that blew recently. New bulb has the same picture, quality and brightness as far as I can tell. I'm using it as a home theater projector and have no real complaints. Clearly I haven't used this bulb long so I can't confirm bulb life, but I can say that the original lasted about 22 months with it as the main television in the house. So not bad. 5
