[Yes] This is a nice ring light. While ring lights are something that people either love or hate. I personally love it. This is a nice kit. The light is adjustable in intensity and temperature and the entire kit packs up in one sturdy case. Additionally, it comes with adapters for cell phone photography. 5

[Yes] It is prefect for Video mtgs. The ability to color balance keeps you from looking orange, ect. Was surprised it plugged into my USB for power but no problems. Being a photographer, I have many lightstands so being about to buy a ring light without a stand was ideal. 5
