[1.05 lb] As usual, PortaBrace has done it right. Also included (but not listed in the description) is a blue strip light that takes AA batteries. It only comes on one of the pouches, but nevertheless it's very cool. Not only does it stay solid, but it also has a flash option. The light can be folded outside the pouch, acting as a warning light, should you be in a rough spot. It appears it's designed for Gold Mount bricks, but can be adjusted for V Mount. I've bought a lot of PortaBrace products, this is one of my favorites!

[1.05 lb] It's a Porta Brace so it's well made, but with the name you do pay for it. I make my living filming on the road and this product makes my life easier. The build is strong and durable. The Belt keeps everything tight without constricting. The only flaw is the zippers jingle, but this was fixed with a couple Velcro cable straps. Bottom line if you need to keep your gear close by, and be able to wear it all day long this product will do the trick and you'll never need another. Truly well made.

[1.05 lb] This is my third one in twenty-one years. After about ten years of wearing it every day they start to look a bit worn, but no seam rips or holes. Getting ten years of practical use out of any product is amazing. Porta Brace is always quality stuff. I use this pouch to hold my phone, flashlight, Leatherman, Sharpie, and an ink pen. The most basic tools to survive any production, and life, right at my side.

[1.05 lb] As a former news photographer, I know if you don't have it with you, you can't use it. So right after the camera,tripod,camera batteries, stick mic., Lav mic.,cables,spare tapes,batteries,wireless mic transmitter Leather-man, Gaffers tape,Skittles,pens,paper,labels,PDA,& flashlight. The next thing you need is a bag to put them in.When I saw the price of the PB-3 I was kinda shocked, I think I paid $100 for my last Porta Brace bag about 10 years ago. so I begrudgingly paid $ for this new one. ... I looked it over & found it was nothing like my old bag. The Zippers are heavier duty, The design looks the same but inside there are customized pockets for all your stuff, I was looking for an instruction sheet explaining all the pockets. there is even a LED light strip in the pocket for finding things at night & it flips out like a safety flasher, so you can be seen at night.or at least know that whoever ran you over meant to. so in closing... The belt pack is FANTASTIC! the only thing I can think of, that I would change or modify is the fact that the equipment pouches are not locked into position on the belt. Still, I am very happy with my purchase.

[1.05 lb] Great item. I am in the field everyday for eng camera use. U can use it as a fanny pack or a shoulder bag. Perfect for a few batteries , mica, and other everyday run and gun shooting needs!

[1.05 lb] I'd seen these hip packs in use by a lot of American photojournalists when I was sent to the States to cover the Oklahoma tornado for the BBC - all the guys had everything they needed to hand, whereas I had to to take my bag off, search through it and then put my bag back on... the hip pack made perfect sense! This simple design is a must for any photojournalist who has to run and gun. Mic, batteries, accessories can all be fitted into the various spacious pockets that are strapped around your waist - everything is easily accessible without the need to put your camera down. The waist strap is comfortable to wear and adjustable for the most generous of cameramans muffin top waistlines! Portabrace are synonymous for making quality products for the professional - this is no exception.

[1.05 lb] Very happy with this product, has loads of compartments, an internal surprise light strip to find things in the dark and overall build quaility is tough. Now I can carry alll the extras and be raedy on thgose fast paced/ENG shoots!

[1.05 lb] The package came on time and with everything except the second roll of gaff tape. I only realized there were supposed to be two rolls while writing this review. It only arrived with one roll.
The belt is well built and designed with the gaffer in mind. Everything attaches really securely with a double/triple velcro system. The variety of pouches and hooks are nice. I have used one of these in the past so when it went on sale I took the chance to purchase it and I am super pleased. There are lots of small compartments in the small pouch to stay organized and have lots of tools. The second pouch is large and open to be able to hold a variety of larger things. The fabric and stitching are quality work. I am looking forward to filling it and using on set.
