A: We do not recommend it because It is not designed to do that. This doesn't mean that it is impossible to mount the follow focus to a 19mm rod adaptor but you would likely lose the ability to easily slide left and right to accommodate different diameter lenses. Not to mention it would void the warranty in the event something happened to your follow focus as a result of this modification.

A: According to the manufacturer, the SmallRig Wireless Follow Focus Controller Kit (B&H # SM3917) is compatible with the focus motor on the SmallRig Wireless Follow Focus Lite Kit.
