Q: 2. As shown in the picture, can the foam body be pulled out of the case and turned around 180 degrees so when carried the camera body is down in the middle of the case and the mic hold is on top parallel to the carry handle?

A: Foam inserts are adhered to the interiors of such cases, and will not likely be able to be rotated without breaking the bond of the adhesive.

Q: 3. Will the Sony PXW-Z90V fit into the Sony SKB Hard Carrying Case for PXW-X70? I know they look the same but the dimensions are a little different.

A: Ladd, the Sony PXW-X70 and PXW-Z90V are practically the same camcorders and the only difference is not the camcorder's shape but the technology of it.

Q: 4. Does it come with a strap for shoulder carry?

Q: 5. Is the case designed to fit the P4 with the gimbal guard on?

A: Yes it fits, however it doesn't sit perfectly flat in the case because of the bumps the gimbal guard add to the bottom of the P4 legs. It is VERY minor and over time those bumps should sink into the foam. I love the case other than that.

Q: 6. What are the dimensions of this case

A: The HPRC R4D-2730W-01 Case for DJI Ronin 4D-6K Combo (Black) does not meet the required TSA approved dimensions of 22 x 14 x 9" for carry-on luggage. This hard case is 24.3 x 20.9 x 13.7" in size.

Q: 9. Is the case designed to fit the P4 Pro Plus(Remote Controller with 1080p Display) ?

A: Yes it does. After contacting B&H and HPRC on different occasions about compatibility, with B&H claiming that the case will fit the p4p and p4p+, and HPRC making no mention in its own product description, I received this response from HPRC this morning: Thank you for contacting us and for your interest in HPRC. Sorry for the confusion, from the Italian side they forgot to update the website. BH information is correct. Attached you have an image of the fitting test. Stefano PieriCOO(The photo they sent me does show the p4p+ with integrated screen, in the case).

Q: 10. What sunhoods can fit in this case? For the overpriced Atomos-brand one, where does the sunhood's plastic frame clip get stored?

A: The sunhood is stored in the front of the HPRC NJAV-2300-01 Hard Case for Atomos Ninja V, as shown in the third image. You can store most foldable sun hoods in the sun hood slot. Tha hard plastic part of the Atomos Sunhood for Ninja V, Shinobi, and Shinobi SDI (Black) could be stored in the cables/misc. area.

[Black / Yellow] I’ve taken this case on a couple of shoots now and it’s great so far. The build quality is comparable to high end big-name cases, and the foam is dense and high quality. While the yellow overlay/label isn’t a necessity, it does make for a nice touch. Also, the foam inside is very dense and can easily be cut if needed (I have different sized batteries so I cut a couple of the battery inserts to size, which was very easy due to the density of the foam). My only “caution” is to make sure you don’t drop a battery or lens into a slot before making sure it’s not too deep. It’s quite difficult to reach into the space to pull it out due to the yellow insert. An extremely minor concern, but it could save you the trouble of emptying it all out so you can flip it over to get the battery/lens out. My only additional wish is that it had room for accessories like a monitor. I always attach a Ninja to it and I have to store that separately. 5

[Black / Yellow] I purchased this case to carry our Vapor Intrusion Sampling equipment. I needed a case I could roll through airports with ease and strong enough to stand up to baggage handlers. I was able fit a 1/2 inch hammer drill, 50 ft extension cord, vacuum pump, Photoionization detector, and all our sample port equipment in the case with room to spare. I was really impressed with the sturdiness of the case and smoothness of the wheels. A better case than I expected for the price. I wish I knew a way to prevent the tearout foam from seperating with use. 5

[Sony BURANO] I was extremely impressed with the quality of the HPRC 2600WF case when it arrived. It was easy to customize the foam insert to suite my needs. The quality is far beyond what I expected. The materials are top notch and construction is very well thought out. The latches close very easily. I feel very confident that my equipment is well protected when in this case. 5

[Precut Foam] Looks very nice, good attention to detail, fits my gear. I like that this case lets me store the camera without having to detach the top handle, which you sometimes need a hex key for. The other cases I've seen make you detach the top handle to store. This saves time and works better. 5
