[1.255 lb] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been using a different docking station that seemed ideal because of its size (it is half the size of this one) but any time I would lock my computer or put it to sleep and start using it again, 90% of the time, there was an issue with the screens duplicating instead of being continuous, not reading a monitor at all, or changing the display settings entirely. I would have to unplug and replug and hope THAT would clear it. 80% of the time, that would be enough, but other times, I would have to reset it up. I have not had that issue with this one at all. Absolutely Love it. One thing to note: there is an Attention sticker and notice everywhere in the product saying you must install drivers prior to using. I did not find those drivers no matter how hard I looked on their site. Ignore messaging. It's a simple plug and play device. The last thing I want to note is the cable that connects the device to the laptop could be longer to accommodate for clunky laptops like mine that require the USB-C connection on the side instead of the back.

This dock is a powerhouse! Yes it is pricy, but you get what you paid for. It’s well-built, sturdy, and has reinforced connections. It seamlessly elevates a work desk set-up into a multi-tasking power station. You can connect up to 3 monitors and it has every kind of port imaginable including high speed USB ports.

The best part is that dock itself is well-designed. I was afraid of another bulky eyesore that I would have to think of some creative way to hide. Instead, it actually functions as a low profile laptop stand which is brilliant and multifunctional. 1. It elevates your laptop at a comfortable ergonomic angle for typing. 2. It allows airflow for the extra heat generated when connecting so many external ports. 3. It completely hides the dock away! For size reference, it fits flush underneath my 13 inch M2 MacBook Air.

While it may not be worth it for the casual user who only needs a USB 2.0 port, it is really a treat for those who have large multi-tasking work-from-home (or office) set up.

I’m a teacher, and I have found that I am able to hook up my personal laptop to my smart board projector no problem! Only draw-back is that the advertisement should specify that an external power source is necessary to power the unit. This really should be included with the purchase of the product or given the option to purchase an external power source.

[1.255 lb] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t sure what to expect of it since my computer is a bit old (Lenovo ThinkPad W540) BUT, I have an adapter that’s female usb-c to usb male and it connected immediately with my laptop! This will help me soon when I decide to start working remotely. Honestly, I LOVE a product that can multitask. It gets my job easier and done with so many cables to connect without having the hassle of removing one to connect another one. Also love that it’s a dock and goes perfectly underneath my laptop. Way to go Belkin!

The male USB-C connector could be maybe a little bit longer, but otherwise unit is complete and covers all connections.
