Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Rephrasing the 1st question, is the divider shelf system in the BP 300 AW the same exact size as that in the BP 200 AW (just in a larger shell)? Or, is the BP 300 AW divider shelf larger in any dimensions than that in the BP 200 AW?

A: The design of the 2 packs are the same. The interior is a little larger on the BP300 so the shelf is slightly larger too.

Q: 2. Is it too big for something like Canon R5 or RP?

A: It is not too big for R5 or RP. Just depends what other lenses you need to carry. It can hold several lenses and accessories.

Q: 3. Can it accommodate nikor z 180-600mm lens? Not attached.

A: The Lowepro Photo Active 300 AW Backpack (Black/Gray, 25L) is too small to accommodate the Nikon NIKKOR Z 180-600mm f/5.6-6.3 VR Lens (Nikon Z).

Q: 4. Can I fit a Z9 with a 24-70 attached in this?

A: The Manfrotto Advanced Befree III 25L Camera Backpack (Black) would be too small for the Nikon Z9 camera with a lens attached. This Manfrotto Pro Light Backloader 22.5L would fit instead: https://bhpho.to/37NIIiO

Q: 5. I need the measures

A: The Ruggard FotoTrek PKR-723BL Hiking Photo Backpack is dimensions are, Interior: 20 × 6.75 × 11.5 in. (52.7 × 17.8 × 29.2 cm) Exterior: 20.75 × 11.5 × 7 in. (64.8 × 29.2 × 17.8 cm) Camera Case: 10 × 4 × 8 in. (25.4 × 10.2 × 20.3 cm)

Q: 6. Does the BeFree tripod fit inside this? Or does it need to protrude out? Would be using this as a carry on for a plane.

A: The tripod pocket on the Manfrotto Advanced Befree III 15L Camera Backpack (Black) is on the side of the backpack. The tripod is not designed to fit inside the backpack, but along the side of the backpack. The Manfrotto Advanced Befree III 15L Camera Backpack (Black) is 19.3 inches ( 49 cm) tall. If you are using the Manfrotto Befree Advanced Travel Aluminum Tripod with 494 Ball Head or the Manfrotto Befree 3-Way Live Advanced Tripod (both which have a folded length of less than 16 inches / 40.6 cm), the tripod should not exceed the height of the top of the backpack by much.

Q: 7. Does it have side pocket/opening to get the camera without removing the backpack?

A: No, the Manfrotto Advanced Befree III 25L Camera Backpack (Black) does not have a side opening to access the camera without removing the backpack.

Q: 8. Is this bag has. Waist belt equipped ?

A: No. This Manfrotto Advanced Befree III 15L Camera Backpack (Black), would not have a waist belt.

Q: 9. Is this 15L bag or 25L bag?

A: The Manfrotto Advanced Befree III 25L Camera Backpack (Black) is 25L.

Q: 10. How do the dimensions of the Laptop/Tablet Compartment in the specs of this item make sense? Only giants use 41" wide laptops.

A: The lap top compartment size in the Lowepro Photo Active 300 AW Backpack (Blue/Black) is, 11.2 x 0.6 x 16.14 inches (28.5 x 1.5 x 41 cm).

[Empty] My wife and I both have the Thule AllTrail 25L Bag. Zero complaints. Love the style, size, pockets. Perfect bag for day hiking. Here's a photo of our bags at the top of Quandary Peak.

[Empty] I have had this pack since about 2015. I have used it daily that entire time. It is a perfect pack for what I use it for. It holds my smaller work laptop and papers with nice pockets to hold water bottle, passport, business cards, and all my cords and earphones. It is getting a little worn on the main pocket release snap but otherwise holding up very well. It travels nice and is typically the only carry-on I bring when I check a bag. It is getting close to my birthday (the big 49) and my wife is badgering me for some birthday ideas. Since it was getting a little worn I was on this site looking for a replacement (that I really dont need) and saw that this pack is still a model. I do not write reviews but since I saw it was still hear and I really like the product I thought I would take a few minutes to give it my endorsement. I would 100% buy this again.

[Empty] I've had this bag since 2019, now over 5 years on it's still my everyday bag for laptop/work as well as light travel/carry-on or riding my bike around town. It's showing almost no signs of wear despite the regular use and I'm thrilled with it! The only small complaint I have that I've been dealing with since the beginning is the strange decision to recess the clips on the front flap so I can't actually grab them to snap them. I still find myself clawing at them from the sides and pushing sideways just to get enough purchase on them to provide resistance for the snap. Such a strange design. But, like I said, the durability and functionality of the bag in every other way overshadows that minor issue.

[Pond Gray] I bought Nanum to wear during the upcoming ski season. On a whim I used it as my personal item on a flight for an overnight trip. I could not believe how much I was able to pack in and still remain a comfortable carry! I own a larger 20L Thule backpack that I was very happy with. The Nanum was smaller and lighter but still allowed for many items. The rigid back frame kept the bag off my back and allowed for air to circulate. The smaller top pocket had just enough spaces to organize smaller items but didn't waste space with mutiple, limited functionality pockets found on larger packs. A bonus was the removable waiststrap. Thanks Thule!

[Empty] Purchased this day hike bag to replace my backpack with no regrets. It got me down to Dripping Springs in the Grand Canyon and back. Light weight and easy fitting. Light weight but still rugged. I love it. Other hikers commented on it too.

[Empty] Love how much variety this pack offers! From the trail to the airport, this pack really does it all. I took this pack on a trip to California where I had to pack light, but needed to bring my work laptop and knew I'd be doing some hiking. It was the perfect pack for the job! It was great for travel and fit everything I needed for a plane ride and easily transitioned to a hike once I got to my destination. It really has the perfect amount of pockets - I love the front "shove it" pocket and the interior mesh pocket to keep thing organized. It also has a small pocket on the inside for its rain cover (which is included!) which came in handy while I was on my trip!

My favorite feature of the pack is the included water bladder with magnetic connection points that keeps the hydration hose secured to the backpack strap. I've never had a pack/bladder with this and I'm obsessed.

This pack has very intentional and thoughtful features and I'm stoked to have it in my gear arsenal. On top of the features, I love how stylish and clean the design on the pack is. This is now a go-to pack for me and I know I'm going to get a ton of use out of it. Cannot recommend this pack enough!

[Empty] Great daily backpack for short hikes! It is so stylish and comfortable, I don't feel any back strain. It has well-designed pockets. There is a small access pocket on shoulder strap, although phone doesn't fit there. Holders for your hiking poles. And this backpack is truly water-resistant.

[Empty] This bag perfect for any and all adventures. It provides just the right amount of space for extra layers, food, and all the necessities. The included rain cover is great, but the retract hydration system is my favorite. No more fussing with keeping the hose in place! This has become my go to bag for everything from commuting to the backcountry.

[Empty] I took this pack hiking every day in Glacier Montana in July. I carried 3L of water in a bladder, towel, raincoat, lunch, first aid kit, and fishing gear. This pack held up just fine in the heat, dust, rain, and hail. The quick access side pocket was convenient. My only complaint is the bottle pockets do not fit larger containers, nalgene size.

[Empty] I have never owned a 15L pack but wanted to try one for hikes where I didn't need to take much with me. It was so nice to find a pack that feels sturdy with great useful features, but isn't over engineered. I was skeptical that this would be too small but I am really happy with how it has worked out. It is a great trail companion, or personal carry on while flying. I can even drape a rain coat over top, as you would climbing rope, and cinch it down with the two side straps if I want. The side water bottle sleeves fit a Nalgene bottle. I am most happy with how wide it opens up. Some bucket style lids just don't open up enough, this one allows you to see everything comfortably and access it with ease. I will say that the narrower tapering of the pack isn't the best for fitting a laptop. I would suggest the size up (25L) if you are looking for something to use more for that intention. If you are looking for a bag that has great versatile function, is comfortable to carry, made from quality material, and fits your essentials, this is a great choice.
