The blue PortaBrace CBA-PMW160 Camera Body Armor for Sony PMW-160from PortaBrace CBA-PMW160 Camera Body Armor for Sony PMW-160is a snug jacket made of a water and odor-resistant ultra-suede microfiber exterior, and an interior made of a high-density foam interior with a breathable tech-mesh for air circulation. The camera armor protects the camcorder from bumps and scratches. It also reduces the risk of camcorder damage due to precipitation, dust, and other harsh conditions.

The back end is expandable to accommodate various sized batteries and wireless microphone combinations. There is a sewn-in rain/dust top that stores in its own pocket. The camera body armor is loaded onto the camera using touch fasteners and web cinchers.

A: We are having a hard time locating the exact model of lens you listed, however lenses from Canon with similar nomenclature are 1/2 B4. You would need at least a 2/3 B4 with an adapter on this camera, it may not be possible with the lens you have I'm afraid. A: According to Porta Brace, it is virtually impossible to measure the cover with 100% accuracy. I would agree for once sewn together, choosing where to measure from and to is multiple choice. So here are the approximate dimensions: 22 long, width 5-6 and the lens cover 10 . We thank Porta Brace for providing these dimensions.

A: This is only listed as for Fujinon lenses. Canon lenses most likely will mount but performance is not supported.

[Sony PMW-160] We are a production company in Thailand and shoot a lot in rough enviroments, e.g. jungle or beach. Sweat and the humidity make the cameras look old quickly. The camera body armor is a great protection for that. 5

[Sony PMW-160] Used this to protect my GY-HM700 in the rainforest's of the Congo for a month. It wasn't rainy season, but always having easy, accessable protection from pop up storms was worth every dollar. I've used Porta Brace products in the past and have always loved how they protect the gear. 5

[Sony PMW-160] This is a great piece of kit that just does what it says it does - it protects your camera. It comes with a rain cover and pockets for your radio transmitters, or lunch, etc, and it just works. Which is great. Thanks portabrace 5

[Sony PMW-160] I use the CBA-HPX300 from Porta Brace for my Panasonic HPX371E. It gives the camera the shelter it needs and covers it against rain, snow and other fall-outs. The pockets on the sides are very useful to transport light, wireless or storage. Thos camera boby armor is no handicap to reach any function of the camera. You need that coat for your baby! 5
