[0.08 lb] Bought this drive to give my computer some more storage. its more than fast enough for my use case, even games on it run no problem at all. if you think you need a faster drive than this, I'd think again and save some cash. 5

[500 GB] I replaced the 256GB SSD in a Surface Pro 7+. I tried loading an image from the Surface Pro support page and I tried loading Windows 10 & 11 from just the Microsoft site that were not specific to the Surface Pro. I kept having random reboots. It would stay on 25 minutes then reboot then reboot again after it restarted. I finally remembered to check this site for firmware/drivers. Once I installed the firmware update, NO MORE REBOOTS. I hope this helps someone else remember firmware updates 5

[6.3 mW (Max)] Used this to expand my memory in a surface pro 8. Unstable at first. Clock_Stop_WatchDog errors. Reboots, etc... Windows has a power saving feature that turns off the drive when not in use. This drive when used with windows 11 doesn't like that. Make sure power management doesn't turn the drive off. Doing great now. 5

[500 GB] Priced right. Delivery was on time. B & H answered my questions in a timely and detailed manner. I put the Viper4300 in a Acasis 40 Gbps M.2 Name SSD Enclosure with a built in cooling fan that is compatible with Thunderbolt 3/4. It is external storage for my new M2 MacStudio purchased from B & H and Abe was great help with that purchase. I found plugging the enclosure into the 1st Thunderbolt port (closest to the ethernet port) on the back of the MacStudio was important. This port has a Thunderbolt USB4 Bus 0 address in the Apple Hardware Thunderbolt/USB4 Device Tree and everything to register as a Thunderbolt 4 device. When it was plugged into the 3rd or 4th port it would only show up as a USB 3.1 Device which meant it would not run at the higher transfer rate of 40 Gbps. The only thing that would have made this better is if B & H carried the Acacis enclosure to make it one stop shopping. 5

[500 GB] Works fine in a Synology drive, implemented as cache drives. Just be forewarned Synology validates the SSDs and throws warnings. No issues so far. 5

[300 TB] I bought two of the 2tb model to replace my old 1tb PCIe 3.0 ssd's and couldn't be happier. I also purchased two Sabrent nvme 10Gbps enclosures and repurposed the old drives for fast external storage. 5
