[82 ppi] After a lot of research, chose the Benq SW272u monitor and am very pleased. Decided that the 27 size is best option for me for photo editing, i.e., a 32 really is too big for comfortable viewing. The 4k resolution/ppi is excellent, and text size (with a PC) is just fine. Screen brightness, black point, and contrast features represent no limitations for photography editing. Can't comment on Benq software, as continuing to use Calibrite tool for color correction (with only minor difference from factory settings). Wireless puck is modestly useful, but improvement over older design. As others have indicated, packaging by Benq is over-the-top. Order and delivery through B&H very reliable as usual. Had considered alternatives, principally the Benq PD and Dell monitors, but concluded that the SW features were worth the incremental spend.

[99% sRGB] Acquired this unit to replace an older smaller monitor for use in a
non critical every day general use station [ email- word processing-
bill paying etc and used by the grandchildren for gaming. This Benq
fit the task ideally….. excellent picture quality – color-
contrast clarity for its price range and the larger size is a
pleasant upgrade. The gaming performance is a enjoyable surprise I
have had very good luck with Benq products in the past and this unit
appears to be no exception

[99% sRGB] This is my first professionally tuned monitor. Expensive, yes! Worth it, yes! Before getting this monitor I've have to review my clips on a TV to ensure my color grades were accurate. The SW272U has several presets to match other monitor sources so you know that when you grade on the preset it will match other monitor sources that will be viewed. No I have consistent colors in my workflow and after exports. This saved me a lot of time from having to do re-adjustments do to very technical monitor calibrations.

[100 Hz] This monitor is dependable, and easy to calibrate with the printer, papers, and inks

[Yes, 2x 2 W] I have been holding off printing a number of larger (13x19) images on my Epson SureColor P800 due to concerns over mismatches between screen images on my older HP Dreamcolor monitors and printer output. I didn’t want to waste (expensive) ink and paper what, if feared would be, a lot of trial and error tests. 

After a couple of simple small prints, I found the monitor was (almost) spot on - just a hair lighter than the print but very color true. It’s enough to give me the confidence to embark on a bunch of prints.

Really like the range of display depths, ease of changing color spaces, and overall design. The G3 puck makes control of the parameters of the display a breeze.

Only nit to pick is the USB ports located on the bottom of the screen are a pain to use.

[27"] My two SW272U's and the BenQ support folks in one word ... AWESOME!!!

First off, I've have never seen a company packed the way BenQ does, it's the coolest packing my wife and I have ever seen. Extremely well thought out ... KUDO's to BenQ. The monitors themselves took minutes to setup and the picture on both are beautiful.

We also had B&H send out a x-rite Display Plus HL and a pair of OWC Thunderbolt 4 ... 2.0 meter long. The TB4 are DisplayPort Alt Mode capable. The cables that came with the monitors are USB Type C and for our layout, they were a little short, the 2.0 meters was perfect and Palette Master Ultimate found both monitors using these 4TB, I mention this because not all cables are DisplayPort Alt Mode capable. If you are going to connect this to any Apple and need extra cable feet, this is the way to go.

The stand that the monitors come with are built really well and the monitors keep perfectly level on them, not top heavy, really easy to move side to side, up and down, 90 degree.

Now here's the part that cracks me up, the wife now once me order a Canon Photo printer from B&H so she start printing out and framing photos she likes and that's kinda of why we got these monitors ... for their true screen to print representation, and when we do that, I review that as well

[IPS-Type LCD] This the 3rd 272Q we have bought in the last year. Outstanding for color critical applications. Great features and performance at a good price. This monitor is shipped in an extra heavy-duty box that really protects it from shipping damage.

[100 x 100 mm] Perfect color accuracy! Build quality is amazing. Very delightful to use. The only improvement I would suggest - better and faster input switching / connectivity. Other monitors (even office ones like Lenovo) switch between 2+ computers faster and smoother.
