At first glance though, there don't seem to be any loops or recessed areas that you would be able to loop the PD anchors.

The plate has a large port that is for a QD connection. In any case, the Really Right Stuff Base Plate for Canon EOS R5 and R6 Mirrorless Camera has a single built-in standard threaded 1/4"-20 male mounting screw on the plate which would screw into the female-threaded 1/4"-20 tripod socket on the bottom of the Canon EOS R5 or R6 Mirrorless Digital Camera. The plate may also have an accessory female 1/4"-20 threaded socket and a QD (Quick Detach) socket for an optional QD strap on the base of the unit, but it would connect to the camera via the 1/4" tripod socket.
