[f/1.2] This adapter fits perfectly onto my a7iii and does it’s job with the sirui 35mm anamorphic lens!

[Sony E] This lens is perfect for getting footage of landscapes, it's pretty fast so it's also good in low light. Very happy with this lens, I love the manual focus and aperture (smooth transition between stops rather than clicks).

[Autofocus] I purchased this lens to go with my Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K. This was my first Rokinon Cine DS lens, and I was worried because I thought the plastic build would be cheap and crack easily. To my surprise and delight, this thing is built like a tank. The focus and aperture gears are incredibly smooth and nearly silent, and the markings on the lens are easily readable in various conditions of light. Every aperture I tested is very sharp and clean, with a nice natural color and smoothness to it thats good for skin tones and human/animal subjects. Im definitely going to purchase several more of these for film and video work. Im very happy.

Needed better wide angle, now, I have it!

[Autofocus] I have a Nikon Z30 and originally just the kit lens. I wanted something with a lower F-stop and autofocus so I could get more of that “cinematic” (trigger word I know) look to my shots. Primarily I film Tiktoks/Reels for some short form music content for myself. I didn’t want to spent a ton of money and didn’t know where to start and lucky for me I found this lens.

I’m very much an amateur and have no idea what I’m doing but if you’re here looking to get something more out of your shots I highly recommend this lens. BUT, before you doing anything at all lens wise GET LIGHTS. Cheap ones are fine I spent $80 on 2 lights and it changed everything. Then after that, if you still feel like you need somewhere to start like me, and on a budget, then this is the product.

[f/1.2] Great results for both photo and video. Even wide open the lens acceptably sharp for photos. For video the results wide open are excellent.

[58 mm (Front)] Amazing image quality. Practically no barrel or pincushion distortion. Perfect for my robot. Even with a 1 image sensor, there's only a small area in the corners that's not covered by the image circle, even though the lens is rated for 2/3 sensors. I just wish there was an option for frictionless focus and iris setting, so I wouldn't need to take the lens apart and modify it for my motorized focus+iris rig.

[f/16] I bought this to adapt and use with my BMPCC and it works great. Sharp lens, T-stops are nice. Very smooth focus and de-clicked aperture. Great for use with a follow focus and only $20 more than the non cine version.

[58 mm (Front)] I'm a huge fan of the rokinon cine lens series. The 16mm does not disappoint. Far less wide angle distortion than its 14mm brother. The lens is sharp as a tack and performs well in low light with the T2.2 aperture. Pairs amazingly well with my gh4 and metabones speedbooster.
