Q: 1. Do you have the end caps for the mini poles? what does it called? tks!

A: Hi: When I bought the poles, the end caps were not included (although they are shown in the photo). It took me a few months and several emails to BH Photo, but they finally were able to send me the end caps. The bottom caps are different from the top caps, they are different sizes. Call BH customer service and tell them what you need. It may take a while but they should be able to get them for you. Hope this helps.

Q: 2. Would these be suitable for mounting small (under 10 lbs) height speakers for a Dolby Atmos system? Considering weight and vibration issues.

A: These poles would not be suitable to hold anything other than a small background, where vibration would not be an issue.

Q: 3. How does the pole mount to the ceiling and floor?

A: The Peerless-AV Modular Series Floor-to-Ceiling Kit for 32 to 60" Display (9.8', Black) BH #PEMODFCSKT3B mounts via the supplied wood screws or concrete anchors.

Q: 4. How much weight could this hold? I'm considering this for an overhead setup with a friction arm and sony a6000 with kit lens (a pretty light camera)

A: This pole will hold quite a bit of weight, an a6000 would not be a problem.

Q: 5. Can this be used at trade shows? Is it easy to set up and take down?

A: Certainly it is ideal for trade show use.

Q: 7. Can I install a vertical tv here or only horizontal?

A: Either: 360° rotation

A: This flat panel stand is 72.3 inches tall. The full dimensions are 29 x 72.3 x 36 inches.

Q: 9. If this attaches to the ceiling joist then how do you run the cables into the ceiling? Wouldnt the circular hole be blocked by the joist?

A: You may have to drill some holes. If you were mounting above ceiling tiles, the cable could exit before the joist.

Q: 10. Assembly instructions?

A: Put the rubber feet on the ends of the pole. Done.

[1.4 lb] Warning: This is a very heavy stand that is well designed to prevent tipping. It comes with the hardware to attach 2 screens but can accommodate up to four. The real beauty of the product is the screen mounts attach directly to the screen and then are easily hung onto the floor stand with the securing done leisurely without having to support the screen. This is a true industrial grade product but is stylish as well. 5

[Powder coat] I think these things are great. I use these things to hold my TV antennas on without having to drill holes in my walls or ceiling! I get a couple of clamps and I attach them to the antennas, and then I clamp them onto the pole! I put it right near my window in the 2nd floor of one of my rooms. I live in a condo where you're not allowed to have antennas on the roof, so this is what I do and it works! 5

[1.4 lb] My pole came missing the top and bottom rubber cups so I contacted B&H and was quickly given a RMS shipping label to return it for replacement (thanks to B&H for the quick service). I got a replacement quickly that has worked out perfectly. It allows for very tight placement of a strobe in difficult situations. Useful tool. 5

[2.0" (50.8 mm)] I have 3 of these in my personal studio in my home and they are awesome. I was constantly tripping over the Light stands due to the limited room I have to shoot my macro shots. With these poles, I can mount lights, backdrops, whatever I need quickly and easily and they take hardly any room at all. Best thing I've put in my studio in a LONG time. 5

[1.4 lb] These are the only plates I will buy for mounting projectors on a drop ceiling. The kit comes with everything you need and is very easy to install. I would recommend these to anyone doing projector installs on drop ceilings. 5
